Large quiet studio a few blocks from the South Berkeley Farmer's Market. Enter through a garden walkway and enjoy a patio right outside your front door. Comfortable natural mattress, expandable teak dining table, tall ceilings, sit/stand desk with monitor, large couch and coffee table. Enjoy hummingbirds, blueberries, and figs! Laundry room, bicycle and indoor Peloton. Walk to all that Rockridge and Temescal have to offer.

Full bathroom and kitchen renovation in progress (to be completed in April). Pictures coming soon! Expanded new kitchen with new sink, counter and cabinetry - and fully upgraded bathroom with larger new shower.

The kitchenette has everything you'd need to cook (kitchen sink, 2 burners, a large convection toaster oven, microwave, blender, Instant Pot, blender, coffee maker, mini fridge and freezer, pots/pans, cutting boards, etc) but doesn't have a full built-in range.

The yards have wifi so you're welcome to "work from home" in the sun or the shade. Well-behaved pets are welcome, and you'll likely meet my very social puppy in the yard.

The neighborhood (North Oakland / South Berkeley) is a hidden gem hosting creatives, cooperatives, verdant gardens, vintage homes, an underground house concert venue (converted from a vintage laundromat), a 4-generation family owned Southern diner with delicious pie, and a Tamale window (don't miss it). Walking distance from Temescal and Rockridge and an easy commute to San Francisco and UC Berkeley.

Private entrance to the studio behind a locked wood garden gate. Free on-street parking is relatively easy since the street is mostly single family homes. Off-street parking spot may be available if not already leased. Bicycle is available for guest use.
