Adjacent to it, the expansive back deck showcases a large outdoor sofa, dining table, and a convenient gas grill, perfect for hosting al fresco meals amidst breathtaking lake views.

Inside, discover the epitome of modern living. The renovated kitchen boasts state-of-the-art appliances, including a dishwasher, ensuring a seamless culinary experience. Immerse yourself in the carefully curated design of the three well-appointed bedrooms, each offering a unique concept. Drift away in the beach-themed bedroom, embrace the rustic Scandinavian ambiance of another, or surrender to the bohemian charm of the third.

Indulge in luxury within the two completely gut-renovated bathrooms. One features black and white porcelain tiles with gold finishes, exuding an aura of sophistication. The other showcases wave aquamarine ceramic tiles, complemented by white hexagon porcelain floors adorned with large stones, all accentuated by opulent gold finishes.

The lower level of this enchanting retreat offers a sanctuary of entertainment and comfort. Unwind in the full bathroom and restful bedroom, or immerse yourself in the entertainment area. Equipped with a large flat-screen television, work area, game tables, and an abundance of books and games, this space ensures endless entertainment for everyone.

Beyond the home, Swan Lake awaits your exploration. This magnificent 52-acre lake, with its impressive depth of 95 feet at an elevation of 3,641 feet, offers a multitude of recreational activities. Embark on casual hikes, enjoy moderate-level mountain biking adventures, or try your hand at fly-fishing and fishing, surrounded by nature's tranquility.

House has the essentials. Clean towels and linen provided along with shampoo and body wash. The cleaning fee can be adjusted based on the # of bedrooms/bathrooms being used. Babysitting services available upon request.

NO SMOKING allowed
Sorry, NO PETS. I am allergic to both cats and most dogs.

Please treat our home with care and respect.

Fireplace should not be used during the summer months. It provides additional heat for the house.

PLEASE NOTE: The house is kid-friendly but not childproof. Additionally, the house is very suitable for couples and singles.

LATE CHECKOUT/ EARLY CHECK-IN
Early check-in and late check are sometimes available upon request.

BATHROOMS
The house runs on a septic system. Please dispose of all baby wipes, paper towels sanitary products and food scraps in the garbage instead of in the toilets. Bathrooms are equipped with disposable sanitary bags.

PROPERTY CONDITION & DAMAGES
All damages to the home will result in a cost to replace and/or repair. The tenant must report if any damages are present at the property within two hours of arrival. If there is no report of any damage, the tenant assumes responsibility for damages incurred during the rental period. Furniture, electronics, and artwork are not to be moved. Premises left dirtier than what is considered normal will result in additional cleaning costs.

KEYS: smart lock

NO SMOKING
No Smoking is allowed inside the house. Smoking inside the house results in the loss of the entire Security Deposit. Smoking is permitted outside. There is a $50 charge for leaving cigarette butts on the property.

NOISE
Outdoor noise should be kept to a minimum after 10PM.
Please respect the surrounding property owners.
