Welcome to Shady Fox Farm Catskills, a charming Catskills retreat with a unique story! Our home gets its name from a vintage sign over the garage—a tribute to the former owners who ran a local ice cream shop. This special property offers a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort, providing a peaceful escape for families, large groups, and even your furry friends.

The space

Inside, you'll find multiple gathering spaces, giving large groups and families plenty of room to relax and connect. The cozy living room features a wood-burning stove and a game table, creating a warm ambiance for fun-filled nights. A separate family room with a plush leather couch and TV is ready for your next movie night, offering a great spot for kids to unwind or for a group movie marathon.

Our fully equipped kitchen is a chef's dream, complete with a gas stove, a dedicated coffee and tea station, and ample counter space for preparing a feast. Enjoy your meals at the dining table, which comfortably seats 6 but can be expanded to 8 upon request, ensuring your whole group can dine together.

Restful sleep awaits in our three inviting bedrooms, all featuring convenient built-in USB ports:

--> Primary Bedroom: A comfortable queen bed and a Juliette balcony with beautiful sunrise views.

--> Second Bedroom: A spacious king bed with custom shiplap walls.

--> Third Bedroom: A flexible layout with both a queen and a full-size bed, making it ideal for families with children or accommodating extra guests in your group.

Step outside to discover our beautiful, spacious grounds—a private paradise for kids and pets to play freely. Gather around the smokeless fire pit for stories and s'mores under a starry sky. Enjoy a meal on the BBQ grill and dine in the screened-in gazebo, or challenge friends to a game of horseshoes. For a quiet moment, take a stroll with your pup along our unique Lover's Walk, a charming path through the woods on the property.

For your comfort and convenience, the home is equipped with air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a dedicated workspace. We are a pet-friendly property and are happy to welcome your furry family members!

Guest Access

You will have private access to the entire home and the spacious surrounding yard and woods. Free parking is available on the premises for your convenience.

Important Information

The main bathroom includes a full-size washer and dryer, a fantastic convenience for families with children that allows you to pack light and feel right at home. Please let us know in advance if you need the dining table expanded to accommodate 8 guests. Further details, including instructions for our easy self check-in, will be provided before your arrival.
