Please come to my house with your family, friends, coworkers. Come cook together, enjoy every moment with your guests. House is unique, well maintained, nice antique furniture. From porches you will see views will make you rely happy. I WELCOME ALL TO MY HOUSE You will have very unique house with 4 bedrooms fully furnished and lots of space inside and outside. You will see on pictures what is waiting for you. Nice neighborhood, quiet to relax and close to shaping areas. Only 5 minutes from Woodstock Center where many activities happen .House is packed with many extra things in price including. You will NOT found house like mine with SO MUCH stuff inside for GUESTS. 2 refrigerators ONE KOSHER, 2 BBQ ONE KOSHER. You will have very nice weekend when you arrive. Plenty outdoor seating, activities. Very nice for, crispy air good for you to clean your lungs. Outdoor you will have hot spa, Sauna inside. Sauna good for you to clean your skin and airway. 100% you will be VERY HAPPY you choose my house. Grocery store 10 minutes drive, bakery 10 minutes drive distance, water park in Montecello 15 minutes drive, summer time lakes around house, winter time ⛷ one 3 exit drive. Restaurants 10-15 minutes from your house. Farmers markets around house. You can bring your family and your dogs anytime welcome in my house so you can enjoy your weekend with your family and friends. You will have 8 beds together in whole house 4 bedrooms and additional areas with sofa beds for sleeping, additional 4 air beds with extra blankets and pillows. 12 guests will be very comfortable. You can have additional guests before you talk to me. Early check in available before you need to contact me. If you plan to have extra guests only for couple hours NO problem. You can cook inside and outside in gazebo 2 BBQ available. 2 fridges. sheets.pilows extra available. Available many cooking supplies and 2 stoves.

Awesome home. Very cool and unique. Owners are amazing people. Very kind and generous and make the stay even better. The house is really cool and is stocked with many commonly used/needed items for cooking. Highly recommend a get away here with friends or family. The layout is awesome for spending time with others. This house was an excellent place for our group of family and friends to gather for a mini reunion for three days. There were seven of us. It is not easy to find a house with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, but this house had this. Our Host, Jana, is a Super Host. She was in contact with me a week before to let me know everything that she was providing. Every morning we had fresh eggs from her chickens, kielbasa and onions. In her kitchen was also a variety of breakfast cereals, yogurt, milk, cheese and bacon. And one day she brought us freshly baked dessert that was delicious. We had some questions during our stay and she was very responsive. The house is well appointed with anything you could need. You only need to bring your clothes. There was a wide variety of toiletries to use. This house is only 4.5 miles from The Woodstock Museum and Concert Venue at Bethel Woods. We enjoyed the museum and saw a concert in the evening. I have no hesitation in highly recommending this house and host.

Of the VRBO properties we have stayed at, this house was the most well equipped and fully supplied. The house is beautifully and uniquely decorated. Our 2 year old loved the playground and we all loved the amazing game room with too many games to detail. Jana was a wonderful host and made sure ours needs were met. Great family house

We had a fantastic time! Host was very attentive to any and all requests. The 4 kids; 3, 4, 8, and 10 had so much to do and loved the outside as well. Would definitely stay again.

If I could give this house 10 stars I would, everything you need is here waiting, the hostess left a large bowl of fresh fruit, fresh eggs, coffee, milk, orange juice and more, also access to an organic vegetable garden which we used for a fresh salad and amazing beets for dinner, the bathrooms are stocked with soaps and shampoos for everyone's taste, and plenty of towels and linens, I can not say enough wonderful things about this house, we will be back and now have friends that want to rent it

This was a beautiful home in a beautiful area but what made the stay was how beautiful and kind hearted our host was. They had the property decorated for holiday season, had the house unbelievably stocked with every possible supply you can imagine and communicated daily with us to make sure we were ok and comfortable. They even have chickens and gave us fresh.eggs from their chickens for breakfast which was out of this world. The kindness is only matched with how amazing the house was. Very spacious, soo many games and activities, very clean and has that cabin charm. This is without a doubt the best home and best host I have ever experenxed. We felt right at home knowing we were being taken care of and welcomed into this soace. If we could give it more stars we would.

We had an absolute amazing time at this house. House was spacious and beautiful! Rooms were spectacular! Jana left a refrigerator full of food for us and fresh eggs in the morning! The view from the decks were breathtaking! We would love to stay here again!

Our party of 10, ranging from 88 to 10 years old, stayed at this very comfortable 4-bedroom home over part of the 2025 Christmas holiday. The home was beautifully decorated for Christmas. Jana and her brother took care of everything, even offering to run errands for us. They kept the driveway and walks clear. The kitchen was stocked with food basics including fresh eggs (a special treat!), milk, half and half, orange juice, bagels, etc. They brought over homemade doughnut holes and had chocolate, candy and other treats for us. The game room kept the kids entertained. The living room was very comfortable with mulitple couches that allowed us to be together without being on top of each other. The dining room easily accomodated our large group. We had a wonderful time!

Lovely vacation in the Catskills!

Our group of 10 had a wonderful stay in this spacious, clean Swan Lake home. The host provided a fantastically complete kitchen and well-stocked refrigerator and pantry. We chose this location for its proximity to a concert venue, but would love to return just to hang out. The house is large with many places to gather for games and meals, and numerous spots to retreat for some quiet time.

I have rented several times through VRBO. They were all good. This property and owner, however, blew away any and all expectations I had in all the best ways. The house itself was somehow even more lovely than the pictures, and the pictures looked great. Everything was extremely clean. Everything about the property surpassed expectations. It was truly wonderful.Communication with the owner was literally the best I have ever experienced in my life, in any industry. Jana was truly the best imaginable house owner in every conceivable way. Words cannot describe how wonderful it was to interact with her and to stay at her house. If you read this, take it to heart.One of my friends even left a watch behind, and was distraught fearing it lost. Before I could reach out to Jana, she had already messaged me expressing it had been found and wanted to know where to send it. Talk about A character.We stayed two nights, there were 9 of us. Plenty of room for us all, and more to spare. I will be staying here again, hopefully I dont have to compete with you for dates. Rent this house, you will not regret it.

Hospitality at its finest

Jan and family were wonderful hosts. We had EVERYTHING we needed for our stay. E.g. clean towels, extra bedding 🛌, farm fresh eggs, badminton, ⚽️ balls, and the list goes on. The house is perfect for large groups. We had a wonderful reunion with friends. The wrap around deck was perfect for drinks and dinner during sunset. The field was great for team sports like volleyball and soccer.

Unique and one-of-a-kind house

The property was amazing and filled with interesting decour. The 4 bedrooms were very comfortable and there was enough additional space for some young adults to find space to sleep. The kitchen was well appointed. Outdoor areas were comfortable with an enclosed outside area to cook and eat. The downstairs bar and game room were relaxing and fun. Most of all, our host was very generous and friendly and provided all we needed for an amazing stay.

Excellent Property & Host

We had an excellent time at this propertry. The host was very responsive and took care of everything! She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and that we were comfortable. The house was stocked with everything needed (extra towels, extra sheets, extra blankets, etc.). Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to get away and have anything you want at your fingertips! Highly recommended.

My property it’s unique not the same as property around here. House is situated on hill, views are very unique, sunrise 🌅 is beautiful you can’t miss this view. Wooden house around woods with beautiful birds singing for breakfast time. Screen gazebo ready prepared for breakfast and dinner time with beautiful lights outside on porch. Summer time many plants, vegetables for cooking can be found on porch, many nice, comfortable furniture on porches for relaxing and enjoying outdoor activities. Private property not closed neighbours, safe space for children, animals. Many activities on grass for everyone. House is very clean, 5400 square feet with nice furnishings so make you and your guests comfortable.
