Welcome to your perfect quilting getaway, the Northern Utah Quilting Retreat, in Layton, UT.

This cozy getaway is designed with quilters in mind, featuring 8 sewing stations, cutting & ironing stations and 3 project walls. Just bring yourself, your machine and your supplies!

Enjoy a creative and productive day at the sewing stations, then unwind in the hot tub to relax and recharge for tomorrow's projects.

NO PARTIES ALLOWED. Anyone who books and tries to throw a party will be charged a fee.

The space:

QUILTING ROOM:

-8 sewing stations
-2 ironing stations
-2 irons
-3 project walls
-1 cutting station
-mini fridge
-microwave
-TV
-couch

INDOOR:

4 Bedrooms total sleeping up to 9 people comfortably. The bedroom layout is as follows:

-Bedroom 1: Three twin beds
-Bedroom 2: One queen bed
-Bedroom 3: One queen bed
-Bedroom 4: Two twin beds

Fully stocked kitchen
-Equipped with all you need to be able to cook your own food at the house

Bathrooms:
-Two full bathrooms upstairs
-One half bath on the main floor

- Hot Tub
- Back deck with grill
- Garage
- Partially Fenced Yard

Guest Access

The retreat is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood with easy access to local restaurants, grocery stores and the interstate. We are 25 miles from SLC International Airport and downtown Salt Lake City.

Other things to note:

Note: The home has multiple levels with stairs and is not handicap accessible. You will have to carry your machine up and down stairs.

FAQ's

DO YOU PROVIDE CUTTING TOOLS?
- We have cutting mats, but you will need to bring your own scissors and other cutting tools.

DO YOU CATER?
-Food is not included in the retreat price. You will need to plan your own meals, or call and order catering/takeout from the local restaurants. We have a list of our local favorite restaurants at the house.

ARE THERE CLASSES TAUGHT AT THE RETREAT?
-No. If you want to book and host a class while at the retreat, that is fine, but there are no classes included in the booking price. This retreat is a "get together and quilt with your friends" style of retreat.

ARE THERE PRIVATE ROOMS?
-Yes, we have two private room options and two shared room options for a total of 7 beds. The private rooms each have a queen bed. The retreat sleeps 7 people without sharing beds and up to 9 people if people share the queen beds.
