The property is very spacious and modern but lots of welcoming touches . Beautifully decorated . There is a large yard with games and a firepit and different seating options making a very relaxing stay . Perfect for pets !!! Close to everything

Comfortable and convenient house located in the cute town of Bountiful. It's an older home and it is tastefully decorated, comfortable and clean. The house is an established quiet and quant neighborhood. Love all of the extras provided. The beds were very comfortable. The basement is absolutely adorable. The backyard is a gem. We did not bring our dog, but the space would have been perfect for her if we had.

Property was enjoyable as a friend and family retreat. Two young children 4 adults fit well in the house. Kitchen was well appointed and had what we needed for cooking dinner. Would highly recommend.

Perfect for my vacation and visiting with my large family! Held a gathering and had plenty of space for kids and visiting. Would definitely rent this place again! The host was amazing, the property was immaculate and the neighborhood was peaceful. 10/10

Nice home with beautiful yard

This was a perfect place for us to break up our trip from Denver to SF - we stayed only a short time but the house was nice and the yard was huge for our puppy to play in.

Great Location!

My husband and I were in town to see family and this house worked perfectly for us. Wonderful location! The house was very clean and I have to say the downstairs shower was amazing. Michelle was awesome to work with! Thanks for everything.

Loved the Zen Den! Basement was perfect for my teenage son. Super grateful for the coffee and spices so we didn’t have to buy all that for a few uses. Great attention to detail.

Bountiful dance competition at Lagoon

Vacation rental was perfect for us. Clean, convenient and welcoming. Appreciated the secure yard for our dogs. We requested an additional 2 days with short notice and that was graciously accompanied. Thank you!

Quick trip, comfortable stay

Great accommodations, older house, well refurbished. Very quiet neighborhood, easy to walk around, convenient to the Salt Lake area. We stayed here two nights with family, too quick to really enjoy the property, but really just a nice residential home. Ventilation wasn’t great in the convert master bedroom, but the rest of the house was. Nice and cool in the basement rooms, washer and dryer was nice to have.

Great home away from home for Christmas Visit!

Easy to get to. Super comfortable with unique amenities (video game console, LARGE fenced yard, yoga retreat out back). Our family of five had great bonding time over christmas, and loved that it had a great movie TV but not one in every room. Cooking together/places to chill/big table to play games on and eat at. All the beds were clean/welcoming and super comfortable. No regrets here!

Bountiful is Wonderful

The house was perfect and Michelle was a great host! Our family and one other family had plenty of room and all the amenities to keep everyone entertained during the stay. The house is close to grocery stores, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. The location of Bountiful was perfect as well. We were visiting friends in Farmington but wanted to stay closer to Salt Lake and Bountiful is a great location right in the middle. Turns out we spent a lot of time in Bountiful. The rec center is amazing with a great pool and ice skating rink and downtown Bountiful was the location for multiple Hallmark movies which tells you all you need to know.

Cozy house with a view of the Bountiful Temple

Although this house is a bit smaller and in an older neighborhood, it's been nicely remodeled and kept up overall and worked just fine for our family of 8. The master bedroom, despite being in a converted garage, still stayed warm despite the cooler overnight temps. The basement was noticeably cooler than upstairs which is to be expected in such a house, but they provided plenty of extra blankets for our kids down there. The yoga suite in the back was a nice little space, unfortunately we didn't get a chance to use it. We also loved some of the retro features like the bluetooth record player and old-school style Nintendo downstairs!

If you don't appreciate older homes, this is not the place for you. We LOVED it! Backyard was fun with Frisbee golf & other games for the kids. We made smores at the fire table & enjoyed the outdoors the one night it wasn't too hot out. The bedrooms were nice both upstairs & down. Kitchen is well stocked. Even with the high temps, we stayed cool & comfortable. Nice house! Great host!

We loved our stay here! It was so nice and roomy! However, we renamed the Zen Den, the Unca Jack Shack because my brother lived the space so much! Our family will definitely stay here again in the future!The host was very communicative and easy to work with.
