Additional bedrooms include a second and third bedroom with king beds, a fourth bedroom with a queen bed, and a charming kids' bedroom with a full-size bed. This home is in a peaceful residential neighborhood that will allow you to be extremely close to all activities / attractions, while being comfortable and able to unwind.

We do have 2 active exterior cameras - one pointed at the road and one at the basement door.
We do not have a long list of rules, we simply ask that our guests respect our home. No parties, no smoking/vaping inside, no loud music, and respect the space.
No parties; as of October 2020, Airbnb announced a global ban on all parties and events at Airbnb listings.
Absolutely no smoking in the property! You must be at least 25 feet away from the property to smoke. Any violations will result in a 500$ fee.
