Whether you visit the home in the Winter Wonderland, beautiful Spring time or exciting Summers, this gorgeous home will soon be your new Home Away from Home! The property is available for short, mid and long term bookings. It's an elegant, spacious home, in a family friendly, quiet neighborhood. The property has 6 beautiful bedrooms, 4 full baths (all bathrooms are fully stocked with toiletries and towels & the upper floor master has a large, spa experience tub with jets), 2 living areas (one being a game room or preschool play room depending on your needs) & 2 kitchens (fully stocked main kitchen, for cooking and dinning).

It is conveniently located in the heart of downtown Farmington, Utah. Located simply 15 minutes from Salt Lake City. You'll be surrounded by hiking trails, biking paths and the Legacy Event Center, Fairgrounds, Front Runner Train, Lagoon Theme park and much more. You will love strolling to local favorite restaurants offering cuisine from around the world: Japanese, Brazilian, Chinese, Hawaiian, Tex-Mex, Greek, Vietnamese and American, just to name a few. Enjoy spending time at Station Park shopping center, lounging at the fireplace in the winter & fountains w/music in the summer or listening to a concert, & watching a movie at the theater. The home has wifi, central heat and air and fully stocked with kitchen amenities to entertain and cook meals (with plenty of versatile dishware to support a casual or more formal dinning), as well as an outdoor, seating and patio area with access to a grill. Allow this to be your new Home Away from Home for your next group's stay, whether it's for business, sports competition or family get together!

Farmington Ranches

We had a great stay in this home. Plenty of amenities. We would definitely recommend this to anyone needing a house that sleeps a lot of people. Our host was amazing. Great communication and worked her best to provide those small details to accommodate all of us. Those little touches made our stay special.

THE PERFECT HOUSE!!

This is the perfect house for a family vacation!! Its many bedrooms are inviting, clean, and well made. All the beds we slept in were very comfortable. Lili and her team went above and beyond staying in touch to make sure we had everything we needed, or if we had questions. Our stay was flawless. The kitchen is magnificent! They have everything you could possible need and then some! The basement area is a wonderful play area for little kids and big kids alike. Both my grandson and granddaughter beat me at air hockey! It snowed while we were there, so this was a comfort for all of us having to be indoors at times. I can’t say enough about this rental, it’s well worth it!!

Work group

Great location and house for our small work group. Plenty of room to socialize and enjoy each others company. House was perfect location to restaurants and to area we needed to visit for work. House was clean and host provided a lot of great snacks and fresh fruit for us to enjoy.

I booked the house for family coming into town for my wedding. Lilana was amazing! I provided her the information for our guests and she communicated with them directly so I didn’t need to worry! The house was amazing and well stocked with entertainment for the children. My guests couldn’t stop raving about the house.
