AMAZING Views, Perfect Location
Our family of four stayed in this Bal Harbor apartment for 5 days. The staff at the Ritz-Carlton were friendly and very helpful. The apartment itself was well stocked with all the necessary amenities and plenty of linens. The view of the ocean and the bay we breathtaking. We couldn't have been happier.

Exceptional property, unfortunate seaweed.
The property is exceptional! Having the amenities of the Ritz with the comfort of a kitchen and laundry (hotel rooms do not have laundry) made this place amazing. Service - first all of the questions answered by Marcos, then by the hotel staff was exceptional. I would highly recommend staying here and would love to do so again. We ordered groceries from instacart/publix and had a crib delivered, all seamless.
One exception - the amount of seaweed on the beach is quite unappealing and smelly. We tried to go to the beach, but gave up after day 3. The pool is fantastic and pool staff are great, but do not expect to spend time on the beach.

Amazing Hotel/Beautiful Unit/Exceptional Owner
This review is about the unit and Marcos, the owner. The unit is spectacular in so many ways. You occupy the entire 15th floor (2 units) in one of the towers. The room key only allows you, the occupant, the press your floor number. Very safe. The unit presents an extremely clean, bright, contemporary and elegant atmosphere. The interior decorating would be pleasing to anyone with plenty of space in the kitchen, 4 person dinette, seating for 5 in the living room and plenty of space to move around. The views from the living room or the two balconies are spectacular. From the living room, you have views of Sunny Isles and Turnberry. Water, water everywhere. The ocean is mesmerizing, as is the intercoastal. You get a feeling of being on a cruise ship. Each bedroom has a king bed and it's own shower. There is a half-bathroom in the main part of the unit.
The X-Factor in this unit is the owner, Marco. He was in contact with me within an hour of making the reservation. He gave me his phone number and answered when I called. He was responsive to emails before and after my vacation. I left a sweatshirt in the unit and he made sure that it was returned to me. I am already planning on going back in January and he only wants to know what he can do to make my stay even more comfortable. I have used HomeAway many times. This level of customer service is extraordinary.

The Ritz Bal Harbour was amazing... Marcos was very accommodating and he made us feel that it good time was important to him as well. The condo we stayed in was first class and the view unparalleled. We will be coming back.
