Appartement d'une chambre situé dans un étage élevé du Setai, le complexe 5 étoiles renommé à l'international sur la célèbre South Beach (Miami Beach) en Floride. Une superbe vue sur l'océan ! Cet appartement est entièrement meublé et équipé avec 2 téléviseurs à écran plat, le Wi-Fi gratuit, un balcon donnant sur l'océan, un lit king size dans la chambre principale et un canapé convertible queen size dans la pièce à vivre. Une salle de bain et demie. Cuisine entièrement équipée avec réfrigérateur Sub-Zero, four Gaggenau, lave-vaisselle et four à micro-ondes Miele. Coffre-fort dans la chambre. La salle de bains principale est spacieuse et comporte deux lavabos, un toilette, un bidet, un bain bouillonnant et une douche séparée. Les sols sont en ardoise noire. L'utilisation des piscines, du club de plage et de la salle de sport du Setai est gratuite et illimitée. Idéalement situé Position parfaite au bord de l'Océan Atlantique. Les restaurants renommés dans le monde entier, les boîtes de nuit, les magasins et les divertissements se trouvent à deux pas. Great last minute choice at The Setai!

Perfect 1 bedroom condo! We literally booked last minute and Kent was more than accommodating and in constant communication the entire time. Place was great and better than described. Great location and view. Very clean and all amenities you need, in the condo as well as the Setai. We go to Miami a few times a year and will definitely try and book this again.

Fantastic

The accommodations are as advertised. Great location, walking distance to most things in Miami and South Beach. The apartment is very well appointed and in excellent condition with stunning views. The Setai amenities (pools, gym and spa, ocean side chair and food service, valet parking, desk staff) were top notch. The Setai restaurants, Ajay and Ocean Grille, both had good food and good vibes. The host, Kent, was easy to communicate with and very accommodating and attentive. We had two adults and two kids - plenty of space. Would highly recommend this property.

Exceptional! This is our 9th stay in the Setai, a truly world class hotel. Of all the one bed apartments we’ve rented, this tops the lot. Quality finishes, great supplies, ultra clean, perfect view, super-responsive property manager. DEFINITELY booking again!

Escape to Miami

Our stay in this fabulous apartment was everything we were hoping for. We were able to enjoy everything that the Setai had to offer in the comfort of our own space. Great vacation

We had a wonderful stay at the Setai condo during our teen girls’ spring break. The hotel was amazing and Kent was a great host with terrific communication. So many incredible restaurants in the area and the poolside service was exceptional. We will definitely be back. Thank you, Kent!

Fantastic Spot

We were extremely happy with our stay. The condo was perfect; clean and well equipped with amazing views in both directions. The Setai property is exceptional. The gym is more than adequate and the pool and beach setup are awesome. The location is far enough away from the chaos, but close enough to easily enjoy all that South Beach has to offer. Our two teenage daughters had a great time and comfortably shared the pull out bed. Kent was great deal with - very friendly and responsive. We’d happily book another stay here in the future.

A quintessential Miami Beach moment.

The process was well organized and flowed without a hitch. Arrived at property keys were waiting with Kent accompanying us to the Unit. The check in was efficient and prompt. The unit has a wonderful view from all windows. It was a perfect home for the two of us. The Setai property is beautiful, sedate, offering the gamut of pools, gym, spa and restaurant. However it was the staff that was the highlight of our stay. Professional, welcoming and courteous.

Overall this is a great location. The beach and the pool are steps away. The unit was very neat and clean but an older style unit. Because we were in this unit, the ability for us to understand how to use the hotel services was stressful with the added service charge.

Top notch stay - simply the best

Could not have been more perfect. Kent great host. Property is magnificent. Condo wonderful. I am a New Yorker and usual have something to criticize. However, it was a perfect stay. No negatives at all. Would not hesitate to book this condo again and again.

PARADISE IN SOUTH BEACH

Our family had a FANTASTIC time in Maimi and that is largely in part because of our stay at the Setai. The resort is truly a world-class hotel with impeccable service. The grounds are breathtaking and serene.. you almost feel like you are in Bali. The people who frequent the Setai are generally global jet setters and celebrities alike. We’ve had the privilege of staying at the Setai many times through various property management companies and private home owners. However, Kent has been, without question, the most friendly, warm and accommodating homeowner we’ve dealt with. His unit is beautifully decorated with awesome ocean views from every room. His condo is clean, inviting and has all the essentials any family would need during their stay. We will definitely come back to his condo every year. Thank you so much Kent for making our Miami vacation so memorable.
