Additional attractions include multiple nearby world-class snorkeling, swimming, sunbathing, surfing, and turtle/whale watching beaches, multiple golf courses, and numerous coffee plantations, farmers markets, restaurants, historic sites and other tourist attractions. As an added bonus, the property is a great spot for bird watching, including wild parrots, kalij pheasants, francolins, wild turkeys, cardinals, saffron finches, various song-birds, pueo (Hawaiian owl), and 'io (Hawaiian hawk). This property has outdoor, street facing and property perimeter security cameras. All cameras point outwards from the perimeter of the building structure. There are no hidden cameras or indoor cameras anywhere on the property, and there are no outdoor cameras that show any indoor areas or any guest lanai/outdoor dining areas.
