National Park trip

Great house, wonderful location, very clean, used the pool in January! Lots of great hikes nearby. Would stay here again and again!

Great, clear communication from the hosts. Comfortable house, kids loved the pool and the Xbox. Back patio was great for waking up with coffee in the morning. Convenient location to highway, central Las Cruces, and Organ Mountains. Really enjoyed our stay-- thank you to our hosts!

Nice Oasis in the Desert

Had a wonderful stay here in Las Cruces. Home was very nice, clean and stocked. Neighborhood was quite and private with plenty of space between neighbors and yet very close to shopping and dining. Host was very helpful and communicative. We would stay again. Really enjoyed the heated pool.

Amazing outdoor seating and pool

We enjoyed our stay very much. We chose this place for all of the outdoor seating and pool. It did not disappoint. The master bedroom and stocked kitchen were a bonus.

Family time

Wonderful location and property. Manager was amazing! Our plans changed and we were able to stay an extra day, Anna was amazing and made the change so easy. Excellent communication and property was perfect for our family dinner and visit!

Comfy, comfy, comfy.

My wife and I really enjoyed using the pool. Everything was so clean. We really appreciated the well-appointed kitchen as well as the spices and the oil. We jumped for joy when we found the blender was high-quality and had a glass pitcher.

Best stay Ever!

Rarely do you find a stay that exceeds the description and your expectation - this one did! It is a beautiful house, extremely well equipped kitchen, sparking pool and spotlessly cleaned house. Anna was very helpful throughout the process. Can't recommend it highly enough.

Quiet with character

Property was filled with character, inside and out. Pool and house were clean. The outdoor space is perfect for relaxing. Quiet neighborhood and excellent location to access White Sands. Communication with Anna and Chris was smooth and fast.

A gorgeous property

What a wonderful house! We loved our time here. The house was so beautiful—both inside and out—and the pool and back patio were divine. The fenced yard was absolutely perfect for our dogs. We did a lot of hiking in the parks around Las Cruces, and it was always a pleasure to return home at the end of each day. The host was lovely to work with. We would return.

The Perfect Getaway

The home is extremely well appointed with kind gestures from the host such as complimentary coffee and locally sourced chips and salsa. Bedding is top notch. Plenty of seating and very comfortable living area. Neighborhood was quiet with an abundance of birds, road runners and rabbits that were fun to watch. Spent a day in Mesilla which was fantastic and ate at the Double Eagle - 5 stars!

What a beautiful property! Detail provided was on point! We were located close to all amenities and family that we were visiting. We had room to host a dinner and everything we needed was provided. Just grilled up some chicken and veggies and good to go!! Anna checked in frequently as well as offfering things to do which was so thoughtful. Worth the value for sure. All decor and appliances top of the line and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Exceptional retreat

Another stunning property by the owners! The home was clean and well supplied for our stay. The home decor is magazine worthy. The backyard with saltwater pool was heavenly. Pool temp was perfect and clean. Slightly slick getting in and out without rails, though. Also, grab bars in master bath tub would have been helpful for our specific needs. Our stay was nothing short of exceptional, with the property's beauty surpassing even the most captivating photos. Sumptuous beds provided the ultimate comfort, while the spectacular pool and ideal house temperature created a haven for relaxation. Charming skylights in the kitchen and bathrooms added a warm, cozy ambiance. The host's exceptional communication ensured a seamless, worry-free experience. We genuinely recharged on this vacation.
