Un beau 2 chambres (lit Queen dans chaque chambre), 1 condo de salle de bain avec une distance à proximité de toutes les attractions locales. Notre copropriété est entièrement équipée avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour de belles vacances. Cette unité dispose d'un grand salon et d'un espace de divertissement avec une télévision à écran LCD de 47 'avec chaînes locales et un bâton de streaming ROKU. Une des chambres a également une télévision 32 'avec Roku TV

La cuisine est équipée d'un réfrigérateur, d'une cuisinière, d'un four micro-ondes, d'un lave-vaisselle, d'une machine à café et d'un évier intégré. La cuisine a aussi vaisselle complète et ustensiles de cuisine pour les soirées que vous décidez d'y séjourner. Il y a un lit queen size confortable dans chacune des chambres.

Le bain a été complètement remodelé en mars 2019
Les serviettes et le linge de lit sont fournis.
Il y a un fer et une planche à repasser, sèche-cheveux et beaucoup de cintres dans le placard.
Tous les espaces de vie et de sommeil sont climatisées, et il y a un ventilateur de plafond dans la cuisine.

A few awesome nights out in Louie!

Home sweet home! The property had an excellent location to all eventful outings in St. Louis. We enjoyed the quiet and peaceful atmosphere! If you are looking for a quiet cozy property close to downtown book this one:) We loved everything about the condo!

Lovely place!

Amazing!!! We stayed here for 2 nights. Everything was clean, well stocked and comfortable. All the major attractions were a 10-15 minute drive. This place is excellent for the rate. Better than staying at a hotel.. Very nice neighborhood and close to the highway. I will recommend to friends and families for future vacations. Thank you Boris for taking care of us.

This house is very nice and very comfortable. It had everything we needed in it and more. We had 2 adults and 5 children that stayed and we had plenty of room! I think there was 3 air mattresses available to use, but we only had to use 1. The neighborhood is very quiet also. Very clean house. We will definitely be staying again!

Very Nice

Clean and very nicely decorated, tucked away in a quiet little neighborhood. We are a family of 5 with kids 17,15 and 8 so finding a hotel room can be difficult so this worked great. Girls got their own room and we were able to save money having the kitchen to cook several of our own meals. Would definitely recommend this condo to friends and family.

Location, Location, Location!

We loved the location of this condo! It wasn't far from multiple freeways and South County has about every store and restaurant you could want. The condo was well stocked and the owners were quick to respond to any question we had. The owner was also very accommodating when I asked if we could have a later check out because of our flight being later in the day. When we stay in the St. Louis area again we'll check to see if this is available first. Thanks for a great vacation!

gtrat place to stay

I was just a little worried driving to the place. Nothing to be afraid of just in an older part of town. When we opened the door, it was better than expected. The rooms were very nice, it was furnished beautifully, and it had everything you could need. It was very close to I-55 and there were plenty of places to eat that were nearby. We did have to drive a little to get to attractions but not bad. I would recommend this to anyone in the St Louis area. The price was good and it was a good place to stay.

Quick Getaway

Cozy place for a quick getaway. Close distance to downtown. Quick access to major roads. Very clean and just like pictures. Perfect place for our family of 7. Hard to find affordable place that will take a family our size without trying to get us to take two rooms. As others have said, don't judge by the outside of building..inside very nice. Would have given 5 stars but it is older and there was a few things that could be improved on but nothing that made our stay less enjoyable. Would stay again if we ever come to St Louis again.

Comfortable & well equipped -- GREAT deal for this price!

We spent five nights here during our vacation/anniversary trip to St. Louis and we would definitely stay here again! Boris, the owner, was fantastic to work with...very professional throughout the booking process and thoughtful as well. When we arrived, there was a lovely bottle of wine and some fresh fruit and breakfast pastries waiting for us, along with coupons and brochures about local attractions and restaurants. Although located in an older neighborhood, the condo was clean, comfortably furnished, and well stocked with extra bathroom and kitchen amenities. The neighborhood is safe and quiet...and it's just a quick 15-20 minute drive to all the area attractions. It was so nice to be able to cook some of our own meals and throw in a load of laundry as well. Overall, it's a great budget-friendly alternative to a hotel and we would certainly recommend it!

Family-friendly location with great access to local attractions!

Our family had a wonderful experience at this condo! It was a quiet location as part of a residential area and the accommodations were tidy, functional, and organized. The neighbors were very quiet, and we really enjoyed the pool with our kids. We appreciated having a washer and dryer available, as well a dishwasher. The location was near major roads, but in a quiet neighborhood. It was close drive to St. Louis Zoo, Anheuser Busch Brewery, Grant's Farm, Gateway Arch and great restaurants in downtown St. Louis. The cost of this place was excellent for the value. Having the kitchen available allowed us to buy groceries and make some meals at home, or pack picnic lunches, which allowed for cost-savings and making healthful meals during our travel. The owners provided excellent customer service and communication, as well as welcoming hospitality. It was a very pleasant and easy experience working with them, and I would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in St. Louis!

Nice Condo

We have stayed at other condos in St. Louis when traveling, this was not our favorite. It was in a good location, we enjoy south St. Louis. We had two issues that really bothered us. First was the amount of dust, I have severe allergies to dust mites and have never had an issue with a vrbo rental like I had with this one. The duct work and vent on the door are in desperate need of cleaning, also the fans were covered in dust. I actually had to clean the fans, not what I wanted to do. The other issue was no mattress protectors, this was also a first and is so unsanitary when having guest after guest stay. I am very particular about cleanliness and have high expectations. If that doesn't bother you it is adequate, but we would not stay again.

We inspect the condo personally each time the cleaning crew leaves the property and did not see any dust. We also ask each guest to check for cleanliness upon their check in and notify us right away if something is not clean. We did not receive any calls from you during your entire stay. We were only notified when someone in your party broke the bed. We addressed the issue right away and had a handy man fix it within an hour and not charge you for any damages made. We strive to provide a well managed and clean condo for all of our guests. Should we have known about your other concerns we would have addressed that immediately as well.

Excellent Value in St. Louis

We stayed here with three young children for a weekend and I would definitely consider staying here again. This place is not downtown, but it's within 20-25 minutes of everywhere we went and it gave us a comfortable home base that offered superb value. I don't have any real complaints for the price. I think a few things could be better. The queen bed in the master bedroom only had two pillows. I think there should be at least four because I think two per person is kind of a minimum. The sink in the bathroom was missing the plug/stopper. It was fine, but it kind of skeeved me out to be able to see down the drain and I was a little worried the kids would put a toothbrush down there. The smoke alarm in the second bedroom was open and missing a battery, which didn't make me feel great about putting my kids in there. These are super minor complaints (except the smoke alarm. I think that should be fixed immediately). The bathroom looked clean and recently renovated and the flooring was also new and in great shape. The furnishings were not luxurious, but the pictures were accurate and everything was in good working order and clean. If you are staying with little kids, it isn't really set up for that, but it accommodates them pretty well. The only real things we had to be careful of were the dining chairs were fabric and the dvd player etc, was very low to the ground. Everything else we could just easily move since there were cute little fragile things throughout the apartment. The second bedroom has a futon, which was fantastic because our oldest doesn't need much space so he could sleep on it without folding it out and so there was a ton of room for two pack and plays in that room, plus room to walk, so easily accommodated all three kids without crowding. We were really happy with this accommodation for the price and had a fabulous time in St. Louis. St. Louis has a ton to offer small children and, by eating breakfast and a few other meals at the apartment, we were able to keep costs down and spend less time eating out and more time having fun.

We ask each renter to inspect the condo once they arrive. If you had contacted me, I would have fixed the battery and bathroom stopper and brought some more pillows for you right away. We replaced the battery in the smoke alarm and replaced the stopper in the bathroom sink. The last renter accidentally took some pillows. We usually have about 6 or 7 of them in the condo! Easter Trip

First, I want to say Boris was really responsive and available to answer any questions we had. We would email him and he would respond very quickly. He was a pleasure to work with. The entry into the building needed a good cleaning and a coat of paint. Potential renters should also be aware that the sofa pictured in this ad is not the one in the unit. There is large, orange, overstuffed leather furniture in there now and it was worn and torn in spots, and the leather felt sticky. Not a huge deal I guess, but not sure what happened to the sleeker, more modern arrangement pictured above in the VRBO ad. When we first arrived at the condo the smell of air fresheners was somewhat overpowering. We unplugged three of them in the living room/kitchen area and put them on a ledge out in the entryway. After half a day we could smell stale smoke very strongly, either from the HVAC system, carpets, or from smokers in the building. We weren't sure of the exact source. Maybe my sniffer is super sensitive, but it seemed we had a choice between the overpowering scent of air fresheners or smoke. We had to wash everything once we got home because they smelled strongly of air freshener and smoke. The master bedroom was great. The room was nicely decorated and the bed was very comfortable and the closet and cabinet provided lots of storage. The futon in the 2nd bedroom/office was perfect for our 3 and 4 year old to sleep on together. The queen air mattress went flat the first night for our other guests. Boris very quickly brought a replacement over the next day and that one worked great. The TV and the entertainment system was outstanding, though actual HD on a TV that size (60 inch?) would be a nice addition. We watched NCAA basketball and the kids watched movies on it. Also, there is no wifi in the unit and no neighbors with unsecure networks to tap into. When the other review said there was an issue with hot water they weren't exaggerating. About halfway through the first shower of the day the water would be luke warm at best, and those who followed (4 adults total) would have room temperature showers. I was not able to get the balcony sliding door to lock, though there was also a storm door that did lock. I moved one of the big chairs in front of the door to keep the kids away from it. We had a lot of fun in St. Louis and the unit is very well placed to get fun attractions like the Zoo, the Magic House, and Busch Stadium.

We appreciate online reviews of our rental unit, and we thank Jessica for her comments. The previous renters also experienced a cigarette smell in the hallway. As mentioned in the previous review for them, we took action immediately and called the management regarding this issue. They will put up "no smoke" signs in the hallway and clean the carpets. We also added another weatherstrip to the door. We try to make out guests stay as comfortable as possible. We were sad to let go of our black sectional. We replaced it because it was not very comfortable for our guests. The new furniture purchased not long ago is much more comfortable. We did notice few tears in the couch and will repair it. We spray the furniture with leather protector and conditioner after each visit. We will try to use a different brand so it doesnt stick as much as before. We checked the water heater and it looks like one out of two heaters needs to be replaced. Since this is an older boiler and it is hard to find parts for it, we will replace it with a new one by end of this week. The balcony door has been fixed. There was a small piece missing preventing the doors to lock. We do appreciate Jessica's positive comments about the Master bedroom with the Entertainment system and 2nd bedroom amenities. I also wanted to clarify that we have a 47" LCD TV in the Master bedroom and in the 2nd bedroom there is a 32" LCD TV. In closing, we agree with Jessica that our unit is very well placed to get to fun attractions like Zoo, The Magic House and Busch Stadium .

Home for a while!

I highly recommend this VRBO . My daughter and I stayed here during the time of selling our home and moving out of state. It served as home to us during those couple of months and we could not have asked for more. The condo was clean and had all that we needed to cook meals, plus the location was excellent and near the local stores and close to the interstate. It's a nice quiet spot as well! Highly recommend.

This was a terrific place to stay. A very quiet neighborhood, well cared for property. Easily accessible to major highways and downtown. The owners took great care of us--the main TV stopped working and they replaced it on the same day! Would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a home away from home.

We stayed at this property for a couple of months. This home was clean, well equipped and perfect for a family. The beds are very comfortable and the furnishings are very pretty. I highly recommend staying here!

Very Affordable

This was my first time booking through VRBO. We are a family of 5, and I hate staying in one hotel room. The price for this apartment is worth the booking. The location is great because you are about 10-15 minutes from anything you want to do in the St. Louis area. However, the apartment is older and has a smell like someone smoked in there years ago, but we were gone so much of the day that it didn't bother us.

Thanks for your review! Our condo is very clean and we make sure to personally inspect it before our guests arrive. The unit below us is not smoke free and many guests smoke in it. This is the reason why the hallway does not have a pleasant odor. People constantly walk in and out of the condo. We are glad you enjoyed your stay and hope to see you soon!

Great Condo, excellent value!

Our first experience with home renting and it was amazing. All of our party were able to sleep in the condo, have coffee, do laundry, and we were so close to everything in the city! Thank you for letting us stay at your lovely condo.

Clean, very affordable!

Enjoyed staying in this home - it was very clean and affordable versus having to pay for hotel room. It was very convenient to many of the local attractions including Grants Farm. It was located in a very quite neighborhood. I would recommend staying here!

Absolutely awesome!

We traveled from Minnesota to meet my brother and his family from Alabama. We choose St Louis because it was half way for each of us and there are so many things to do and see. The condo was perfect for all of us! When we arrived, there were cookies and 2 bottles of water waiting for us on the counter. It was located within 10-15 minutes from many activities and was also in a very quiet neighborhood. We made use of the well kept outdoor pool also. While there we toured the downtown area, the stadium, the outside city park, at night was fabulous, also toured the Budweiser Brewery and saw the Clydesdales, caught the sunset while up in the Gateway arch. Took a short trip down to see Parina Farms - incredible dog show! No grass grew under our feet in the 3 days we were there. Thank you Boris for sharing your condo with us! What a GREAT vacation in St Louis .... I am hoping we will be back!

Great alternative to hotel

This place is great! It could use some touching up, here and there, but overall this was a fantastic alternative to staying in a hotel. There were plenty of amenities in the kitchen (utensils, cookware, dishes, etc). The living room and bedrooms were extremely comfortable. There were only four units in the building, so we hardly noticed our neighbors. I would definitely give this a go again!

Clean condo, quiet area!

Really enjoyed our stay, everything was spotless and the small things like a laptop to use while there and a full rack of local activities made it even better. The area was a quiet residential setting with easy access to a number of local attractions and a short drive to downtown.

Cute place!

Loved the apartment! We had a great time...location was great! Parking was awesome...reserved spot right up front! Living room was comfy and cozy, watched some movies and appreciated ability to use Laptop!!! Bed was comfortable and kitchen had all the necessities!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We purchased this condominium because of the great location. Everything one would need is nearby. Jefferson Barracks Park is just 2 minutes away. It has real nice bike riding/walking trails with some hills that are a great workout but not too exhausting. If you prefer miniature Golf, you can find it on Lemay Ferry Rd, about 5 minutes away. For the Shopper in you there is the South County Mall (on corner of Lindbergh Blvd and Lemay Ferry), as well as many other strip malls full of various stores and restaurants all around the area. There is even a Chuck E Cheese’s, where kids and adults alike can spend some time playing all kinds of different fun arcade games, while having lunch or a snack. If however, you enjoy movies, one of St. Louis' greatest Movie theaters, Ronnie's Cine, is located off of Lindbergh Blvd. Besides it's 20 separate theaters, it also has an arcade games area you can enjoy.
Two major highways run through the area, I-270 and I-55, as well as Lindbergh Blvd, which connects to other major streets and takes you to many areas of this beautiful city if you are not a fan of the highway. Some of the restaurants close by are Red Lobster, Olive Garden, Berix.

We love our friendly neighbors on either side and on the lower level. Our place is very quiet which is great for families and business professionals! The place is clean and family friendly.
