Bright & Warm 1BD/1BA Newly rehabbed Garden Unit! located in the the sought after "Mayfair" north side neighborhood on a tree lined street 5minute walk to the blueline which will take you to downtown and O'Hare airport and 3 minute drive to 90/94 express way. Short walk or drive to some great local restaurants and bars. Beautifully furnished!
This gorgeous garden unit is a Classic Chicago Victorian 3 flat on a tree lined street. This unit is flushed with natural lighting. It is fully rehabbed and has a full equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, microwave & Keurig coffee machine (coffee included)! The Bedroom has a queen size bed with a full closet and dressing area and the living room has a full size sofa sleeper for additional guest. A Spa- like bathroom and a dining area. This unit is also equipped with a large screen tv with all your favorite shows internet and cable.
This is a perfect place for a weekend retreat and/or longer stays and is perfectly suited for business trips.
Please note that this is an above ground garden apartment and requires you to go down some stairs leading to the unit. Hallway is bright and always well lit. It is located in the lower level of a 2flat building. It is an older home and has all natural wood flooring through out the units above. So naturally, occasional sound of people walking above you is inevitable. If you are sensitive to that, then this space is not for you.
There is always Street parking and its free and unlimited****** Whatever the reason for visiting Chicago, yu will have a great stay in my home.

There is no smoking allowed in the units. However, there is a designated area in the back yard. There is an ashtray on the table for your use. The enclosed back porch is not a designated area to smoke...Just an FYI.

Easy self check in - Door code for easy access entry & checkout. Check out is at 12 noon, no exceptions.

I was born and raised in Chicago! I have a Real Estate a Health Insurance license. I offer my home to out of state guest and love hosting as I love to decorate and create comfort zones for individuals to enjoy while away from home. I have 2 beautiful daughter that assist me in co hosting our property and enjoy it just much as I do. We look forward to hosting this home and our second home in Galena, Illinois for years to come.
Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?
My home is located in a wonderful family oriented north side "Mayfair" neighborhood in Chicago. It is truly a park like setting with tree lined streets and friendly neighborhood to walk at night and plenty of parking! The convenience of nearby restaurants shopping and entertainment is all only 10-12 minutes in either direction, whether you want to go to the Lake, downtown, Cubs Game, shopping centers or airport, its so easy to get to with a variety of transportation from the Blue line to Uber and or CTA bus or bike! It is surrounded by restaurants and bars and 2 wonderful brewery's, one of which is a staple in Chicago~ Eris Brewery and Cider house locate in the great Old Irving Neighborhood adjacent to us. you will certainly be super well located to enjoy just about anything!
