Bright 2 bed conveniently located in the heart of Logan Square with easy parking
Enjoy all that Logan Square offers with this bright, clean, 2nd-floor apartment in an original Chicago three-flat built in the 1880's. This 3 bedroom is set up with 2 queen beds and a dedicated front office. Walk to all the best restaurants (Lula Cafe, Parson's, Giant, Chicago Diner, The Spice Room, Daisies, etc), the feel-good neighborhood coffee shop (Sip of Hope), Palmer Square Park and the CTA Blue Line for easy access to the airport and downtown. This is Logan Square living at its best.
This was the perfect stay for our trip to Chicago! Easy parking and distance to our activities for the week. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Loved the little front room for extra getting ready space!
Great location! There's something to do in every direction. This home is located on a beautiful, quiet street that is a 10-15 minute walk from so many places to eat and things to do. We loved our stay here, and I've saved the property with plans to visit again as soon as I can.
The place was, as advertised, with plenty of free street parking. Really nice, roomy, 2 bedroom apartment that had a well stocked kitchen and a very nice bathroom!
We had a great stay! The location was awesome, a short and easy walk to the Blue line train and the neighborhood was beautiful! The host made checkin and checkout easy with clear instructions. Although we didnât need any help, I trusted that she would be easy to reach if we did! Beds were comfy, and the home was clean and well kept overall. We would stay here again! Also highly recommend Mikoâs Italian ice just around the corner!!
The location to Logan's Square is perfect. The place was very clean and had everything you could need. The owner is a delight to work with and was very prompt in replying to any questions. I highly recommend it.
We had a one night stay at this place and we were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and spaciousness of the property. Excellent communication with the owner and the location was perfect.
We were in Chicago to visit our son who lives on Humboldt Blvd and this location was perfect. We had about a 15 minute walk that was lovely. The street with the rental was tree lined and quiet. The Sunday Logan Square farmers markett was great. Rental was very nice and spacious
The apartment was well-maintained and beautifully styled. Beds were super comfortable and every in-house amenity was wonderful. We were able to walk to tons of nearby restaurants and cafes, and catching a bus or train was a short walk away. Street parking was a little cramped but we parked the first day and walked the rest of the time or used public transport. Perfect for anyone who wants a taste of Chicago.
Visited Logan Square for our sonâs wedding. VRBO location was great. Parking was not a problem. Unit was clean and well appointed. There were numerous restaurants and bars in the area as well as a Target within walking distance. We didnât know it was a second floor unit and the stairs were fairly steep.
Location was good in a quiet neighborhood near my son's place. Able to walk to many good restaurants/bars. Close drive to get downtown as well. Unit was ideal for me, my husband & sons. Would stay here again!
I love this place! It was clean and nice and just right. It was obviously furnished, decorated, and provisioned very thoughtfully. Not too much, not too little, just right. Comfy towels, beds, and couch. All good. I'd go again in a heart beat.
Updated, Clean, Comfortable Space in a Great Neighborhood
We had a wonderful time in Chicago, and loved staying in this cool neighborhood. So many walkable options for great food and drink, as well as easy access to the blue line train to downtown. Parking was never a problem. Comfy beds, everything clean and updated. Would love to stay here again some time!
Awesome and responsive host, great location with access to many cool spots, clean and simple. Would love to come back for another short stay, or even a longer stay with easy access to the city.
Quiet one-way residential street that is walking distance to the CTA Blue Line (California stop is 8 min walk), Target (11 min), Milwaukee Ave night life and great restaurants. It's also right next to Palmer Square Park and 15 min walk to the 606.
