Welcome to our mountain retreat in Campton, NH! Our 3 bed, 2 bath home can accommodate up to 9 guests comfortably, making it perfect for families or groups of friends looking for a relaxing getaway in the White Mountains.

Waterville Estates is ideally located for outdoor enthusiasts who enjoy skiing, hiking, and swimming, and golf. As our guest, we provide 2 passes allowing access to the community center amenities that include: indoor/outdoor pools, hot tubs, arcade and fitness center.

Our Space has 3 levels:

Main Level (Sleeps 2):
Mud room entry with bench and coat closet storage
Primary Bedroom w/King Bed and attached Bathroom with tub/shower
Attached Washer/Dryer to primary bathroom

Eat in kitchen with table and 4 chairs (extras available)

Guests have access to whole house with the exception of:

3 locked owners closets: 1 on main level and 2 on second level

Second bay of garage (Far right side) used for Owner storage of misc items, please leave alone.

Community Center- 2 guest passes are provided for all our guests. All children 7 and under are free. Additional guest passes are available for purchase at the amenities center for a small fee. Open Sunday - Thursday 10am-8pm, Friday & Saturday 10am - 10pm.

Campton Ski Area- The Ski area is open to all guests during the winter weekends and holidays and there is food/beverage service in the lodge. Please visit the Campton Ski area website for more details .
Other things to note
Enjoy free WiFi throughout, with a modern well equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, loft, and large 3 seasons porch with fenced in backyard.

We are conveniently located in Waterville Estates and within walking distance to the Community Center that boasts 4 pools (2 inside and 2 outside), 2 hot tubs, a private pond, tennis/pickleball/basketball/volleyball courts, playground, sauna, arcade, and a pond with a sandy beach that's great for paddle-boarding, fishing, and ice skating, food and beverage service (seasonally) and many family friendly events. Step right out the back gate to walk on the trail system within the development!

The fun doesn't stop in the winter time - the Estates has its very own ski lodge and restaurant at the base of Campton Mountain. On weekends there is usually live music too!

Or enjoy a day at one of the larger ski areas - we are just 10 minutes away from popular Waterville Valley and just 20 minutes to Loon Mtn or 30 min Cannon Mountain!

At the end of the day, prepare a hearty meal in the fully equipped kitchen or order take out and relax on the 3 seasons porch, enjoy a fire or smores in the fenced in backyard, or shoot some pool in the game room.

The road and driveway are not paved but well maintained gravel/dirt, wide and flat.

House comes with 2 Adult Guest passes and children under 7 are free. If your party is larger than this you will have to pay a small fee for each additional person if you want to use the community center. All children 7 and under are always free. The beach and playground are free for everyone to access. If you lose a pass their is a $25 fee for each pass lost.


NO PARTIES ALLOWED. NO UNREGISTERED GUESTS ALLOWED OVERNIGHT.

Perfect home in WV estates

Amazing stay at this property in Waterville Estates, campton NH. 4 adults and 4 kids between 4-8. Plenty of room for everyone with the 3rd floor sleeping/hangout area and the game Room above the garage. Our 4 legged friend loved the fenced in backyard. Great property!!

Winter getaway

The property was perfect for us. Just enough space for all of us and our dogs. The game room above the garage was a bonus. We all enjoyed the pool table. Notes left to explain everything were perfect. The only issue I found was the master bathroom. There was no showerhead. So the water came out excessively making a mess on the floor.. not a big deal because we just use the shower upstairs and that was perfect! We had two great day skiing and it was nice having the pool and hot tub close by at the end of the day. It was a perfect quaint home, We look forward to another visit in the future. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Beautiful Retreat!

Quietly located on a woodsy hill top location. Close to restaurants, gift shops, and coffee shops. The highway is close but not to close so you do not hear it. You are close to Waterville Valley, Lincoln, Woodstock and not to far from Littleton. The property was awesome! Fenced in back yard, pet friendly, which was great for our 8 month old Husky. Plenty of games in case there is a rainy day. Second floor bedroom had sky lights which let plenty of natural light in. The top floor bedroom was great. Tons of windows, felt like you were in a treehouse. This was my Family’s favorite location and would definitely stay here again. Thank you letting us stay at you home.

Waterville Estates- Our happy place!

We have owned in WE and rue the day we sold it. This weekend I took my brother for the weekend for his 66th birthday. His CNA and her two boys joined us as well. The house was perfect! My brother needed a master bed and bath on the main floor as he has a walker- PERFECT. The second floor offered privacy with it's own study area, bed and bath, and of course the spiral staircase led up the "teenagers" privacy suite! TV and all! The game room above the garage sealed it for the boys, and of course WE community center cannot be beat! My dog Mercy had a grand ole time, particularly in a fenced -in yard No worries for me! She played in the yard while we toasted smores in the outdoor fire pit, and chose to chase her ball into the lake on our walks! Close enough to everything (Waterville Valley, Loon) but far enough away that you feel like your in the woods. Host was extremely responsive to all my texts/questions with little to no wait for a reply. 5 stars!!

Our property is uniquely situated on a quiet cul-de-sac just steps away from the Community Center. No need to drive anywhere oncce you are situated, just a short walk to the fun and back to the peace and quiet of our little circle. Our space also has areas for all to gather (game room/outdoor patio/kid loft), and spaces for one to sit and enjoy the peace and quiet of nature (3 seasons porch).
