Salt Eire est situé dans une haute dune et offre une vue spectaculaire sur l'océan depuis les deuxième et troisième étages. Profitez de votre propre piscine privée de 11'x27 '. Il y a une chaise haute et un berceau pour le petit. WiFi gratuit et rapide, un ordinateur et une imprimante / télécopieur / copieur avec du papier. Les équipements supplémentaires incluent des écrans plats HD, des chaînes câblées et Premium, HBO / Showtime / STARZ, Netflix et Amazon Prime, GameBoy, Game Cube dans une superbe salle, des sièges intégrés, 2 vélos pour adultes.

Vues sur l'océan depuis les deuxième et troisième étages. Moins de deux minutes à pied de l'accès à la plage! 50 mètres de l'accès à la plage. Chiens seulement s'il vous plaît.

The rental process was seamless, everything went as planned from arrival to departure. The walk to the ocean was actually shorter then we originally anticipated and the location was in reach of shopping, dining, and fun for children.

Great Family Vaycay!

The beach was a very short walk away and the poo/hot tub was very well maintained. We had one minor issue that needed to be addressed that I hesitated to report over the holiday weekend. To my surprise, they fixed it within a hour!

Reviewer Comments: We had a great time at the beach - perfect weather, and the beach and pool at the house were fantastic. However, we were not happy with the cleanliness of the property. We had to sweep the tile floors on arrival and there was a pile of dirt and dog hair. Dog hair was all over the carpets - it didn't seem as though they had been swept. There was a cockroach inside in the trash can area.

Second Stay

The first floor was opened up with a sitting area, separate laundry, half bath and door to the pool area.(all new) The second floor has 3 bedrooms and a second full bath was added(perfect). The main floor was beautifully opened up to add space to the kitchen and it was amazing! So much function. The pool and hot tub were well used and the location to the beach was why we decided to come back but the renovations made this a no brainer. We felt like the owners really cared about their guests needs and it showed throughout the home. I would recommend the home and Beach Realty.

Family Vacation at Milo’s Waves

The house quickly felt like home as it is comfortable and roomy enough for our group of nine and absolutely beautiful as well. There seemed to be nothing that was missing as we found anything and everything we ever looked for or needed!We had ages 7 months to 83 years old with us and everyone was comfortable. There are lots of stairs as one would expect with a three story house but fortunately all of us were up to the task!We spent most of our time on the top floor and around the pool......what a spectacular view from the top floor!The home was conveniently located to easily visit many wonderful shops and restaurants and the owners suggestions for places to visit were spot on!We would definitely consider revisiting Milo’s Waves. The owners obviously take great pride in their property and are dedicated to making other family’s stays fantastic!

Happy New Year 2024 At Milo’s Wave

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It ended up just being the two of us enjoying the entire house. We ate out the entire week, so we didn’t get to enjoy the big kitchen. We didn’t use the hot tub because the weather was just too cold for me. We enjoyed walking the beach every morning which was the highlight of our trip! I put up a little prelit Christmas tree and I left it in the top floor bedroom closet and hope that others will enjoy using it anytime they want. We celebrate Christmas anytime our family is able to be together. We loved staying at Milo’s Wave and my Service Dog loved going with us everywhere. I’ve already recommended your rental services to friends and family, and I plan to book Milo’s Wave just as soon as I know our family dates! Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was in a good location and we appreciated the recent upgrades. The kitchen was especially well stocked with cooking and storage supplies and the dining table was probably big enough for 10 people. The neighborhood is very dark at night, bring a flashlight to walk your dog. The rental company gives you a little one but with no batteries. The beach is a 5 minute walk and wasn’t crowded. The house had beach chairs but they were broken so bring your own. They had functioning umbrellas though, and boogie boards I think. I’m mentioning that because it’s the one thing I wanted info on beforehand and the rental company didn’t know. We would definitely recommend this house and hope to come back, I probably wouldn’t even look at other houses next time if Milo’s Waves is open.

A week at Milo’s

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved Milo’s Waves! Our family and dogs had a great time. We loved how close it was to the beach and all the updates were great! Wish there was some grass around the house for the dogs to go to the bathroom. Neither of the sinks on the top level had a stopper for someone who wears contacts and needs to plug the sink so we don’t lose them. The kitchen had everything we needed but housekeeping could have left some hand towels for the half baths. We had a wonderful week except for the neighbor across the street who would glare at us every time she saw us. She complained about lights we left on at night but some are automatic that we couldn’t turn off. We tried to turn all the others off but she was not happy with us. Idk if we were the first guests to stay there since the update but she has a long summer to deal with renters. We would definitely stay again! Thanks for the beach chairs, toys and bikes. Unfortunately we never got to use the bikes because the weather wasn’t the best but it’s awesome they were provided. We loved the quick path from the garage to the pool thru the outdoor shower!

Fun family vacation at the beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Milo’s Waves is a very nice property. The best part is the view! Overall the house was comfortable. The pool and hot tub were great. The kids especially enjoyed them. It’s really close to the beach. Some things that could be improved upon. Two of the bedrooms did not have vents for the air conditioning. It wasn’t so bad because it was cool when we were there but it probably gets hot later in the summer. The kitchen was good except for the pots and pans, which need replaced. There wasn’t even a big skillet to cook in. Another thing to mention is that there are a lot of stairs which are kind of steep. It took a while to get used to. We had a little issue with the remotes for the ceiling fans but were able to get that fixed. The house does need some improvements but I know the owners are new and the updates that have been done are very nice. One thing that would be nice is for the owners to have a book that guests could sign. I’ve seen that at other rentals. My family and I would like to sincerely thank the owners for letting us use their house. We enjoyed it very much.

Great house, great location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second year at Milo’s Waves. It’s a short walk to the beach and a short drive to Harris Teeter, ice cream shops and coffee shops - the 3 essentials. The kitchen is well furnished and clean, as was the rest of the house. This year there were 3 functioning beach chairs and at least 2 beach umbrellas. We appreciated the welcome back package from the owners too.

Absolute Filth

In all of my 20+ years of coming down to OBX, this has been THE WORST experience I have ever had with this house and rental company!! We have rented through Twiddy and Brindley Beach Reality and have had such success with both realtors. We came across this property last October, and went out on a limb, and gave this reality company a try. From the start in October, I have had poor communication- I had asked questions about the property prior to going down, so we could be prepared with amenities, and they went unanswered. On our way driving to the house, we get a call that there was a pipe that burst, “but it shouldn’t affect our stay.” Once we got into the house- after they texted and said the house was ready, it was absolutely FILTHY. And no- I did not report the issues with a call in within 24 hrs, because I was so disgusted with everything, and I did not want to delay our vacation any further due to the incompetencies of the cleaning staff. After driving for over 12 hours, I had to then clean a house that was supposed to be ready for us. There was sand ALL over the floors in the house. Coffee grounds left in the brewer, grounds all over the hot plate, and stale coffee in the coffee pot. Dirty dishes were left in the dishwasher, and some were just FLAT OUT placed back in the cabinets! Sand was still in the bottom of the pool and hot tub- the hot tub was that dirty and smelly that we couldn’t use it all week. LAYERS of dust everywhere- on top of dressers, cabinets, and huge dust bunnies under the beds and couches. There weren’t even enough pots and pans for me to cook for our family if 7. Not ONE large frying pan!! The most disturbing things we found was a DEAD cockroach in the bunk bed room- the room where OUR CHILDREN SLEPT and mice feces around the house!!! Never, NEVER- in a rental property have I found such conditions, let alone a place that we’re paying 5k for the week for. Even after coming home (after we left EARLY bc we couldn’t take the filth) and contacting the realty company, they refused to do anything about our stay- EVEN WHEN I INCLUDED PICTURES AS PROOF!! They had the nerve to say because I did not contact them at the time of arrival, they can’t do anything about it. I’m sorry for wanting to clean a home so my children can enjoy it after being stuck in a car for 12 hrs- not have to wait while you “clean” again. Bottom line- DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS HOME OR REALTY COMPANY!!

Our yearly get away

We had not even left before we booked again for next year! This is the most hassle free experience and we plan to keep coming as long as they will have us! House is everything advertised and more. The owners are very involved in keeping the place in wonderful shape! Clean and well stocked with great beach access. Thanks!

Dirty upon arrival.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived to a VERY dirty home-dog hair covering the floors and dirty bathrooms, clearly it was NOT cleaned like it was suppose to be. After contacting the company about returning to clean, they arrived to re-clean HOURS late from what we agreed upon. They never touched the bathrooms and just vacuumed again. The freezer broke during our stay and we stayed half the week without a working freezer. It was then removed and replaced during the day we left which was very annoying to have them there all day blocking our ONLY entrance and exit to the home. We left a message to call us and we never received a phone call regarding issues at hand. We will not be returning.Communication was poor and minimal and too many issues for the price that was paid. Shame because the home was a great location for our needs.
