Toute votre famille appréciera cette belle maison sur notre propriété isolée à quelques pâtés de maisons de la plage. Entourée d'arbres, notre maison vous offre une intimité sans pareille pour vous détendre autour de notre piscine ou bain à remous et profiter de vos vacances en toute tranquillité. Situé à Ocean Sands, notre communauté dispose d'un accès à la plage privée qui maintient la plage peu fréquentée et les sables blancs immaculés. La plage a également des sauveteurs en service pour votre sécurité. La maison elle-même est grande, lumineuse et ensoleillée, avec de nombreuses activités pour tout le monde (terrain de beach-volley, panier de basket, aire de jeux, jeux et plus). Il y a un coin salon dans la tour, idéal pour prendre un cocktail tout en regardant le coucher du soleil ou en lisant un bon livre. La maison comprend 5 chambres (3 maîtres), 4 salles de bains, un deuxième salon avec futon, une piscine creusée privée, un bain à remous et une douche extérieure. Deux grands ponts vous permettent de vous détendre et de profiter du soleil, tout en restant près de chez vous. La maison a son propre terrain de volley et un panier de basket en face pour tous les sportifs. Un court de tennis communautaire est également à un pâté de maisons. La cour arrière a un barbecue, une table de pique-nique, une balançoire et un toboggan, ainsi que beaucoup de sable et de jouets pour les enfants. Notre gestionnaire immobilier est également situé à proximité afin de vous aider rapidement en cas de problème. Great vacation spot

The area is beautiful and the property is located so you have a lot of privacy. It's close to a grocery store and there is so much you can do for entertainment. We definitely hope to return to this area again.

The house was fully equipped including beach/pool towels. My only complaint is thete is not a bathroom on the kitchen level except for a very small one in the king suite

Corolla get away

Overall was spacious. Good location. Pool was a bonus. But we wish the umbrellas on the pool deck were more suitable. There were 2 umbrellas that didnt appear to fit the bases and therefore didnt provide any shade.

Wonderful property, great pool

A good time was had by all! Easy walk to the beach, lots of time spent in the pool and on the breezy upper deck, big table to play games. We are three families with college and high school age children and other than a few runs to the grocery store, nobody got in a car all week. Property manager was nearby and easy to reach. Highly recommend.

Family get together

We very much enjoyed our stay. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which was very convenient. Pool was very clean. A new umbrella was appreciated. Short walk to the beach. They provided a packnplay booster seat and high chair. Hot tub a nice 105 degrees that I loved. Towels, beach chairs, well stocked kitchen, etc. Property manager was great and pleasant to work with… Thank you!

Very nice property. Easy walk to the beach. Pool was great. Kitchen could use a Keurig coffee maker but other than that was well supplied. Our family had a great time.

Smooth Sailing

Oceans Sands is a great neighborhood and the house was a short walk to the beach. Having only one refrigerator was a problem as we had to keep our beverages in our coolers and continuously buy ice. Overall our family had a good experience!

Wonderful OBX Stay!

This home is impressive. Lots of room for all 9 of us. Every kitchen appliance you could ever need or want. Pool and hot tub were fantastic! Home is close to beach. Check in was easy and Eileen, Property Manager was great to work with. OBX is wonderful, but this home made our family trip outstanding.

Lovely house

We very much enjoyed this house. Close to the beach, heated pool, and the playground were all great for our young kids. The house did not feel worn out everything looked up-to-date and clean. Property manager was responsive and helpful.

Best Beach Tri!

This house was perfect. Quick walk to the beach. Pool and hot tub on the property. Extremely clean. Very easy to talk to owner. Next time we just need to bring an umbrella or something for shade. Highly recommend this property!!!!!!

Exceptionally Clean OBX Home!

What a nice surprise to come to an exceptionally clean house!!! We have stayed in many houses in the OBX and this by far exceeded my expectations. The house had all amenities that any family would need. The few steps to the beach were perfect and the private pool was awesome! I highly recommend this house to any size family looking for a clean, fun and memory-making vacation!!! The property manager was very punctual and thorough and always accomodating to any of our needs.

Exactly what we were looking for

We had a group of 12 looking for something close to the beach with a pool. Check in was a breeze and Eileen was very helpful and attentive throughout our stay. The home exceeded our expectations in terms of amenities, space and layout. The house was equipped with everything from spare beach chairs, games, and even a beach cart. The location of the house itself was secluded, yet within a short walk to the beach access. With this house, all you have to do is show up and enjoy, everything you need is right there.

Perfect spot for a an extended family with young children!

We had a great stay! The house was immaculate and extremely well-equipped for a family with young children — there were even child-proof locks for the cabinets! The play set was a huge hit, and we all enjoyed the clean, spacious, and well-stocked pool area. We had absolutely no problems. The only drawback, which we considered minor, was the fact that there were about 15 steps from the beach up and over the dunes, making it a bit difficult to use a beach cart. The beach itself was wonderful, and did not have a steep drop-off like other places we’ve been. We would definitely return.

Great house! Great location!

We loved our stay. We had four adults and 5 children and had more room than we actually needed so it was great not to be on top of one another. My only note which wasn't a big deal is the hot tub could use some cleaning and work but we never even called about it so no fault to the owner or management. Pool was so nice to have and only a short walk to the beach which by the way has a lifeguard right there. I have never been to the outer bank where I had a lifeguard where we were and must say that we had an incident and were very thankful to have him available for us. I go to the outer banks all the time and will definitely book this house again!

Relaxing week

The house was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. The homes are very close together in this area and we didn’t realize that the walk to the beach would entail carrying the wagon of beach chairs and other items up a flight of stairs and back down. The pool area certainly needs some additional shade. The one working umbrella was small and torn. The traffic to the home was very congested at duck beach. This was our lack of knowledge and had nothing to do with the home itself. Eileen was easy to work with and continued to communicate with us. The linens that were provided was only one set per bed and we had married couples that would have preferred their own bath towel and washcloth. Appreciated the many beach towels that were provided. Overall, a wonderful, relaxing week.

Great place to stay for the family

Enjoyed staying here. Lots of space with the 4 bedrooms each with own bath, & 2 with jack and Jill. Lots of steps in the house & beach access, would not work well for handicap or babies that don’t do steps. Have gates but aren’t able to be used easily. Pool was a nice size & a plus for kids. Not much shade. Bring your own floats. Nice area to bike with wide sidewalks & quiet neighborhood. Can also bike to beach. Beach was not crowded & sand was clean & soft with unique shells scattered throughout. Kitchen was small for a large group. Nice large dining table to seat 12 & high chair a plus. House was clean & beds made when we arrived. First floor was the 4 bedrooms 2 with own bath 2 with jack & Jill. Upstairs main living area with king master. The deck off kitchen was wonderful. Would have been nice to have an umbrella for morning sun & table & chairs for outdoor eating, but did have a very comfy patio set. The beds were comfy for the most part except the twins were extremely firm.

A perfect, private house

This house is perfect! The house is very nice and well taken care of. The pool and hot tub are great and well maintained. Plenty of seating around the pool for our party and no issues with the temp of the hot tub. The number of beds and bedrooms is great and the bedrooms themselves are nice and there are plenty of bathrooms for the house. We've stayed there twice with a group of friends and plan to keep coming back! The big dining room table is awesome and we also enjoyed sitting at the outdoor table on the top deck. It's also a short walk to the beach, which is super convenient. The best part of the house is the privacy! You can't see it from the road (which can make it a bit hard to find the first time. Just keep going!) and you can't see any other houses. It makes it feel really nice and private like your own little space. Especially when you're walking past the houses on the way to the beach and you can everything happening in the house and backyard. It's so nice not to have to worry about people staring at you while they walk by. The house is also very close to a huge, nice Harris Teeter, ice cream shop, and super wings (beach store) which is very convenient if you need to run out and pick something up. You could easily walk there if you needed/wanted to. We are looking foward to continuing our tradition of Memorial Day at this house!

Great place to get away!

We really enjoyed this house. It had plenty of room for the ten of us to spread out when needed and just the right size table for family meals. The rooms were nice sizes and well furnished, with a lot of linens provided. It is well furnished and the extra beach items like chairs and the large wheeled cart were a huge plus! The kitchen had an odd collection of serving trays and not many choices to store left overs.The hot tub and pool are really nice, though as others have shared there isn't much shade by the pool most of the day. Communication with the manager was great, kept in touch before we arrived and on day of checkout. Having a gas grill with gas provided was a plus. The walk to the beach was not too far and the grocery store is the next street up the road, you could walk if you want to carry groceries back.
