Profitez de vos vacances dans cette belle cabine isolée d'une chambre qui se trouve directement sur l'eau de la baie de Moore sur le Chippewa Flowage. Découvrez le magnifique nord dans une cabine à l'atmosphère tropicale. Détendez-vous par le plein air Tiki Bar. Nagez et pêchez depuis le quai de 100 pieds. Glissière d'eau privée sur la jetée. Cette cabine très propre et moderne offre une intimité sur ses 1 1/2 acres. Profitez d'un lever de soleil à 180 degrés à partir du salon. Salon est meublé avec un canapé-lit queen et la chambre a un lit superposé avec plein sur le bas et plein sur le dessus. Les centres de villégiature situés sur le chemin River incluent Deer Run, Johnsons et Deerfoot. Vous pouvez lancer votre bateau à Deer Run à environ 1/2 mile de la cabine.

Great family fun!

The grandkids sure loved the waterslide off the deck and the furnished pedalboat. The kitchen was fully furnished. Plenty of room and seating for everyone.

We had a wonderful time staying at this boat house. It has a beautiful view of the lake and very clean. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to the lake.

Amazing place!

Booked this place for a fishing trip. The dock, cabin location, and everything about it was top notch. Fishing the beautiful flowage all day and coming back to grill outside this secluded cabin is a dream come true. We will be rebooking this place next year 100%.

Was an awesome location - we really enjoyed the time out on the lake when we could get out. Did get a lot If off an on rain along with a cold snap - but we still managed pretty well.

So much fun!

We had an absolute blast here. It was so much fun with our girls (12,8, and 4). Really outstanding stay and will for sure be back. Rented a pontoon boat for a day, which was a hoot - will likely rent a boat for longer next time. Amazing spot, so pretty and quiet, and Sylvia was super friendly, informative, and just great.

Anniversary weekend

I would say it's actually a little bit nicer than the pictures. The upper part by the tiki bar is quite large and a nice spot for a good size camp fire. We stayed 3 nights. We put our boat in the first evening at the deerfoot resort boat launch (bring a $5 bill). That launch is close enough that it was easy to find the property with the big yellow slide. We loved exploring the flowage a bit each day as well as hanging out at the property.

Very nice place! The only downside, was the amount of stairs down to the lake. It got to be a bit much for my wife, due to the fact she has a bad ankle.

Great Getaway

Pros Good size for 3 adults and 2 young kids Location on a quiet, peaceful bay. Perfect for morning coffee. Tiki Bar saved us from a sudden hail storm Pier area, slide and swimming House and overall area was clean Bunk beds were comfortable Upper, outside area was very spacious for the kids to run around and play TV, Dish and games saved us and the kids during rainy periods. Cons Sofa bed was OK. Switched to an inflatable midway through the week. No internet and sporadic reception made it difficult to coordinate/communicate with the other families we went up with.

Do not hesitate to rent this cabin!

The pictures on the internet are great, but they do not do it justice. From the moment we drove onto the property, we were so pleased. What a beautiful property…the tiki bar, the fire pit, the view over the little cliff, and then the cabin…absolutely wonderful! We were just amazed when we walked into that cabin. It is so clean, inviting and beautifully decorated…so fun! And that kitchen has everything you will ever need. Really, don’t bring anything. Sylvia was so nice about calling us ahead of time to give us some details about our stay. We were there on a fishing vacation and the docks/piers were in absolutely pristine condition. We were so sad at the end of our stay to leave such a wonderful place! I wish I could give more than five stars! Thank you Sylvia for everything!

10/10, RECOMMEND, WOULD STAY AGAIN!

The cabin and location were beautiful. We loved the tropical/beachy vibe the decor gave on the inside of the cabin. It was very relaxing and peaceful feeling hanging out at the end of a long day on the water or being out and about. The microwave is above the fridge, though, which made it hard for us to use, especially because we are all on the shorter side (tallest being 5’ 3”). We found that if you open the freezer door it made it easier to reach the microwave. The bunk bed in the bedroom was nice size on top and bottom. There is plenty of room for 2 people to sleep on top and 2 people to sleep on bottom easily. The sleeper sofa was nice size too, but not as comfortable per my niece. She would wake up all sore with a stiff back. We would recommend bringing foam padding if you need to use the sleeper sofa. The outdoor tiki bar, grill, and fire pit area was huge. Lots of room for kids to run around and play. Plenty of parking space. The dock and slide area down below had lots of room to lounge/relax. The dock had plenty of room to park multiple boats or pontoons. The only negative part about the dock and swim area below was that there were lots of stairs to access it. My MIL has bad knees and had a hard time going up and down all those stairs. Sylvia, the host, called me personally prior to our stay to go over everything about the cabin. She was also very sweet and willing to switch weekends with us after we had to change our dates d/t an unfortunate event in our family.

Chippewa Flowage Vacation

Unique, well-kept, and well stocked cabin on the Chippewa Flowage. Great dock for hanging out, watching the sunrise with a cup of coffee, fishing, and excellent space for docking our pontoon. We enjoyed the space on top for fires in the evenings. Convenient location to many places for a bite to eat. We did not mind the lack of WiFi, it's nice to disconnect, that is what vacation is about, spend time with family, not on phones. The owners were very quick to respond to any questions we had. Thank you for letting us share your little piece of "paradise"!

Perfect Quiet Getaway

This property was perfect for a short weekend getaway. The design aesthetic was paradise and it completely makes sense. It was clean, had everything thing you needed in the kitchen. Sylvia was polite, through with instructions and helpful. There is quietness on that section of the Flowage provides a perfect serenity. Would recommend this property to anyone.

Exactly as advertised

A very clean cabin, Beautiful view. Nice swimming area. Comfortable bed. Good tasting water. Good air conditioning. Comfortable bed and it was nice to have Dish TV to wind down at night. The only downsides are we didn’t get One bite when we tried fishing off the dock. Morning or evening, and there is No WIFI. The boat rental was easy at Deerfoot Lodge just down the road. We rented a brand new pontoon boat. A wonderful afternoon on the flowage, but being from Illinois we didn’t purchase fishing licenses for the afternoon. A quiet place to relax and unwind.

Beautiful, Quiet and relaxing

The property was beautiful, great views, all the amenities you need. Able to enjoy the view while relaxing by the lake. Grilled a special dinner and watched the fire at night. Always loved the area and enjoyed everything about the property. Sylvia was a very good host, she called/text to make sure we had all the information we needed before we went. We didnt have a good start due to a car issue and had to miss a day. But we made the most of it and Sylvia was very gracious and offered for us to stay another day . Will definately consider going back another time.

Beds need replacing!!!

Property is great, right on water with really nice dock system. Private setting, quiet, great bay, Chip Flowage is awesome. The only complaint is the beds. The pullout sofa bed is barely fit for sleeping, and the main bunk beds sqweek very loud with the slightest movement. I look forward to rebooking but will not until the beds are replaced.

We didn't want to leave!

What a perfect, up north get away. The beautiful bay of the Chippewa Flowage provided a great spot for fishing (although July is not the time to catch fish) swimming and canoeing. We loved the tiki bar on the bluff and the slide and dock / patio got a lot of use! We rented a boat from the Lake Chippewa Campground and it worked out great! Such fun, great decor, great A/C and amenities. (The mattresses are our only less-than-stellar comment.) Sylvia and I had a nice chat ahead of check-in and she was kindly available throughout our stay. Heads up, your cell phones probably won't work here, no WIFI and no reception for ATT at least! But that was a blessing. Work couldn't find me!

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay at The Mill! Clean and a nice location. Enjoyed boating, swimming, fishing and finding new restaurants and bars on the flowage. We didn’t have internet coverage so I would suggest taking a photo of the lake maps before your visit. Nice place Sylvia and great neighbors!

Amazing Property

This place was amazing. The cabin is great. The property is amazing. There is a large dock that you can fish off off or park your boat on. Caught a bunch of small mouth bass. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun getaway.
