This is an adorable, very clean and well maintained cottage. It is just steps from the lake. Everything is supplied, you just need to bring your bathing suit and enjoy the very beautiful lake. The lake is very clean and the water is very clear. Owner lives across the street and is very responsive should you need anything or have any questions. I would highly recommend and would love to stay there again.
Staying at cute little âSamuel Cottageâ on Berry Bay of Lake Ossipee, NH was a joy from start to finish!
The place is immaculate, cleverly furnished, and has most everything you could need for a stay.
Outside, the grounds are well landscaped and provided easy access to the water for swimming or using the 2 person sit-on kayak.
Brian, our host, (and state representative elect?) was awesome; available and friendly. He even shared with us a little about the history of the cottage and the area.
The place felt like home and we didnât want to leave.
Also, the loons calling at night put the experience over the top!
