Cozy camper for two on a private section of the Illinois River located in the old Hogeye Campground, just 8.5 mi. from Fayetteville, 10 mi. from the University of Arkansas. At this unique & private getaway you can fish, swim & explorer the beautiful headwaters of the Illinois River, or just relax & unwind.
Trailer sits by itself far enough off the road you feel pretty much alone. The trailer has everything needed for your stay only need to bring food. If you choose to hike down by the river you will need a big can of OFF! We enjoyed our stay
Enjoyed a 2 night stay with my wife for our 35 year anniversary. Peaceful setting and the camper had everything we needed just to enjoy our time together. Owners were very responsive and the camper was comfortable and very clean.Thank you
The camper was nice, and very clean. It had everything we needed for our two night stay. The scenery was so lovely and we had an amazing time. The host was super helpful and kind. 10/10 would stay here again
We stayed here for the weekend while visiting friends in NWA. It was easy to find, clean, and had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again the next time weâre in the area. Thanks so much!!
Second time staying there and it was an awesome as the first time! Perfect for my and wife and I. Close to town but far enough away to avoid everything too.
What a wonderful little adventure! The camper was excellently cleaned, well maintained, and stocked with everything you need for a short stay! The trails and landings a fun, exciting, and beautiful! If you are looking for a leisurely easy walk down to the river this may not be what you are looking for but itâs not bad at all and is super fun! I have had spinal fusion and am limited in mobility and was still able to make the walk down. Itâs a quiet little retreat and I highly recommend it!
Had a very pleasant anniversary stay at this camper! Was a lot more spacious than I thought from the pictures which was a bonus. The host was accommodating above & beyond. Location was perfect, less than 30 mins from the state park & mountains. Also close enough to Bentonville & Bella Vista to visit family!
Would stay again.
we love the quiet, owners very nice & easy to get ahold of, closeness to the river & hiking, nice short drive to town & nice small Baptist church. lots of shade due to the covered carport. we had a wonderful time & definitely will be back.
Camper was roomy and clean. Bed was comfortable. Sat outside and had a fire in the fire pit. The river was beautiful. Would definitely stay here again.
Riverfront Camper was nice. It's very clean and comfortable. The location is great - under 15 minutes into Fayetteville, an easy drive. Nice outdoor space facing a beautiful green space with water below.
Just as advertised. It was such a cozy spot in a natural setting. I walked the beautiful trails to the river each morning. It was quiet and peaceful and close enough to the University!
We throughly enjoyed our stay in the camper, away from the crowded city hotels. It was very peaceful sitting outside , grilling and just relaxing. We even seen some deer come up at dusk. The host was very friendly and helpful, we would definitely stay here again.
Great location, beautiful sights, cozy RV. Comfortable bed, adequate heating. Close by to Devils Den and Ozarks. Great communication with owner. Definitely coming back soon!
