The first ensuite bedroom, located just off the main living area. It features a comfortable queen-size bed, coastal-inspired decor, it's own private bathroom, and direct access to the balcony. Enjoy the luxury of a personal space to unwind and recharge after a day of beach activities or exploring the nearby attractions.



Just upstairs, the second ensuite bedroom features two sleeping areas. A queen-sized bed is the focal point, but nestled down a short hall is a secondary sleeping area with a twin bunk bed. Families traveling with children will appreciate the ability to have a little separation.



The condo has a 2nd floor balcony with a peekaboo view of the ocean. Perfect for morning coffee or al fresco dining.



As a guest at Royal Mansions, you'll have access to access to the oceanfront pool, hot tub, and private beach access. The beaches are quiet, relaxing, and away from the crowds of Cocoa Beach.

POOL CLOSURE: The Royal Mansions Condo pool will be closed for improvement from approximately 1/12/26- 1/21/26. During this time we will offer complimentary passes to the pool at Cosmik Tiki in Cocoa Beach.



Important Note: There are about 8 steps from the parking lot to the front door, as well as another 10 steps to the main level of the condo. From there, the 2nd bedroom is up one more set of stairs.



Guest Access:

Check in and Check out is seamless with digital lock codes provided shortly before checkin.

Less than an hour from the Orlando Airport. Rent a car, Uber, or take a shuttle from the airport to the beach. There are plenty of options for you.

Interaction with Guests:

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $1,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host.
