Notre unité est confortable et accueillante pour les couples et les petites familles. La piscine et le bain à remous sont à quelques pas. Profitez d'une promenade sur la belle plage ou détendez-vous simplement et profitez des sons de l'océan. Faites une promenade dans un sens à Jetty Park ou dans l'autre sens jusqu'à Cocoa Beach Pier. Profitez du vélo, avec location de vélos à proximité.

Visitez les magasins Cocoa Beach à proximité, comme le célèbre magasin de surf Ron Jon, le parc Lori Wilson, le parc Manatee, le village historique de Cocoa Old Town et les nombreux restaurants. N'oubliez pas Port Canaveral à proximité pour la pêche, les bateaux de croisière, les marchés aux poissons frais, les restaurants et plus encore. Vous pouvez faire une croisière au casino et revenir pour profiter de la plage. Ou passez du temps au Kennedy Space Center pour en savoir plus sur notre programme spatial. Vous pouvez même voir un lancement de fusée depuis notre unité. Faites une excursion d'une journée à Universal Studio ou à Disney World, emmenez les enfants ou redevenez un enfant vous-même.

Détendez-vous sur votre propre terrasse de jardin et admirez la vue sur le paysage tropical. Profitez du café du matin, du thé de l'après-midi ou d'un verre de vin le soir. Si vous n’avez pas envie de quitter le condo pour manger un morceau, pas de problème. Une cuisine complète est juste à l'intérieur.

Ceci est un beau condo de 2 chambres à jour et entièrement meublé à la plage. Idéal pour les célibataires, les couples ou les familles. Chambre principale, deuxième chambre avec futon et lit escamotable dans le salon. La salle de bain est facilement accessible depuis la chambre principale ou par le couloir depuis la salle à manger. Le condo est entièrement équipé avec vaisselle, ustensiles de cuisine et cafetière. Des télévisions à écran plat se trouvent dans la chambre principale et le salon.

The condo was perfect for me, my husband, and our two year old. It had a well stocked kitchen, access to the beach was easy, and the overall condo was clean and well maintained. We will definitely be back!

Awesome vacation!

The location of this property is amazing, and the price is fair for what the condo provides. Very short walk/steps to the quiet beach and pool. Perfect for a family vacation. We would stay again!

An awesome place to stay!

Everything about the condo was great. Kids loved the pool being so close and we all loved it being on the beach and the location was great to everything. We enjoyed our 7 nights and next time we’re in cocoa beach, we will def book this same room. Quiet neighborhood as well.

Great Location

We have stayed at the Royal Mansion complex before and love the location (right in the beach) and the amenities (heated pool and hot tub). The unit was clean and very comfortable. We would defintely rent again.

Kennedy space center and beach!!

We had it all!! The beach , a pool and Kennedy space center 20 minutes away! Perfect place to stay while our son went to space camp. Owner had everything we needed and was easy to contact if we needed anything!

We were here for the USSSA. World Series. Absolutely amazing location right in the beach. The condo came equipped with everything you could possibly need during your stay.

Everything we needed

The location was great and not crowded. We enjoyed the pool and the beach but also the restaurants at the port are worth a visit. My son loved seeing the ships leaving and we also got to see a space-x launch. The condo is exactly as described and the owners made booking and check in easy. We would definitely stay again…

Comfortable; convenient; new appliances in kitchen; televisions great; netflix provided. Amenities close-by and no stairs. Dining room chairs have zero comfort :-)

Great condo!

Everything was great about this property. There was lots of room on the beach. The pool area was very nice. The condo was perfect for our family. There was ample parking. Great neighborhood, the location was perfect for every where we went. We would definitely come back. If you need beach chairs/umbrellas, there are companies that rent and deliver to you as well.

Beautiful getaway

Beautiful place my kids had a blast many amazing memories made. Only cons was there were cockroaches that we found crawling on our beds and little bugs that would be all over on the counters. The remote was not working in the living room the bottons would not turn up the television so instead of bothering the owner it was literally only $10 to get next day amazon delivery so I ordered a new remote. But even with these we still loved our stay the beach was beautiful and the pool the kids loved.

Fabulous!

This was our first Vrbo experience and it was awesome! Very clean and homey. The only issue we had was they came to trim the trees and limbs fell on the patio where we were drying seashells. It broke many of the seashells and the kids were pretty upset, but that is not within control of the owners. Property and beach were wonderful! Just a piece of advice for future renters - I have neck issues and get bad headaches and I was very happy that there was a wide variety of pillows with different firmnesses.

Nice place

The place is in a great location. The beach is right there and the pool is right there. We were able to see a rocket launch from the beach access bridge. It’s on the first floor so no steps to deal with and the patio and door are right at the parking lot so loading and unloading is a breeze. Inside there is a ton of room and the place is CLEAN! I don’t usually like the walk in showers because I’m a little claustrophobic and just don’t like to touch walls of showers that aren’t my own personal one, but this one gave me no issues because it was so spotless. We didn’t sit out on the patio due to the rain and the patio held water. And the pool closes at dusk which is too early since we were either out touring things or at the beach until then. However both of those things are due to the place itself, not the owners. The only thing I’d suggest to the owners is they need new mattresses. Otherwise they had chairs, an umbrella, and several beach towels. We drove in so we brought a lot of our own, but even if we had flown, we would have been set for the beach!

Delightful condo close to beach

Kim was wonderful thru the booking process, and answered all our questions promptly and accurately. The condo is on the bottom floor and just a few short strides to the pool, and beach. We appreciated the security measures taken to get in/out of the property. The beach was never overloaded, which made it more peaceful for our kids (11 & 13) to run around and not have to find them thru a ton of people. There was a Space-X launch that was easily seen from the beach. The condo was very welcoming and we loved how it was laid out. The bathroom is very spacious for the four of us. There is a master bathroom, spare bedroom and the living room couch opens as well as a Murphy bed! When you fold everything up the next morning, plenty of room. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook meals, along with all utensils. I must say that we loved having a washer and dryer, especially with having two children and being on the beach. That is always some thing that is a must have for us. And the washer and dryer are quick! If we just went out to the pool for a few hours and the towels were damp we would just throw them into the dryer for 10 minutes and they would be dry enough to take back out after having lunch. Other guests who were staying at the time were very nice as well. There were always some kids at the pool for our children to play with as well. I always love being able to make new friends and have another couple or two to hang out with when we go to the beach. Cocoa Beach pier is not too far away, walking distance really, and we went there almost daily. If you’re a woman who happens to break a nail while you’re there, Hollywood nails by Publix is great! You don’t have to go no further than six minutes to find a grocery store. This is wonderful for us, because whenever one of the kids want something that we don’t have, it makes it very simple to run out and grab without taking up too much time. Overall, I would recommend this condo to my family and friends and would stay again.

Der Aufenthalt war im großen und ganzen gut, bis auf die Bettwäsche aus Kunstfasern, die sehr unangenehm auf der Haut war und der Klimaanlage, die direkt im Schlafzimmer über dem Bett pustete.
