Very clean and nice unit. Close to downtown. Close to freeway and there is a lot of road noise from it. Recommend bringing earplugs if you are a light to moderate sleeper. It does not detract from what is a great unit, but just be prepared. Highly recommend.

The rental was parfect for us with 3 adult children and 2 guests, 7 total. Place was clean, short ride from airport, and about a mile walk to Broadway. Really enjoyed our stay.

Basketball respite

We had a great stay. The owners were extremely helpful and communicative. Answered all questions in a very timely manner. The place was super clean and comfortable. The road noise was a bit loud at night, but they had noise machines in each room so it wasn’t a problem at all. We would definitely stay there again!

Fun get away with friends!

We had an awesome time in Nashville and Jerrod’s place worked out great for our group! Could walk to Broadway and an Uber back after long day/night was fairly inexpensive. Also could access other areas by Uber…Gulch, Music Row for a very low cost. Place is as advertised. Most impressive was how responsive to questions the host is!

This property was as described. 3 nice bedrooms and two big bathrooms. It was an easy 15 minute walk to Broadway. We walked a few times and also Ubered. Both easy. We only walked during the day time never late at night but never felt unsafe. The building is secure need code to get in. As the other reviews indicate you can hear the highway at night but I always used the sound machine provided by owners.

Great place and communication

Host was super responsive and reached out a few times during our 2 night stay to be sure all was well. Check in was a breeze and we had no problems getting in. The place was well taken care of and clean, with plenty of space for our group of 6. The beds were comfortable and there were ample fans, extra pillows and blankets available to use. We enjoyed relaxing on the roof top and enjoyed that added amenity. The walk downtown was about 20 minutes and not bad at all. Our group enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

Great Experience

Condo was great! Walkable to Broadway and other hot spots. Only issue was I thought the balacony advertised was apart of the condo, but its a public space. That’s a minor issue and I would book this condo again knowing that. Owners were very nice and good at communicating.

Great stay in Nashville for Pearl Jam at Bridgestone

This place is great! We walked all over downtown during our 4 night stay. Host is friendly and a great communicator. The unit is on the 4th floor of a 5 floor building that is all short term rental units. We would 100 percent book again for our next Nashville adventure!

Weekend with friends.

Great weekend stay with a few friends from around the country. Listing was accurate and the location was convenient. Not many things right outside of the condo, but all a short walk or ride away. Road noise was noticeable at night, but rooms had white noise makers to help.

Not within walking distance of anything but other than that it was a very stay. We werent looking to be in the action but if you are then its not the right location. Good location, if like us, you are there to work. Next to the highway so not great for light sleepers.

Weekend away

We went for to Nashville for a hockey game. This location was great. It was walking distance to the arena and Broadway. The apartment was wonderful. It was very comfortable and clean. Jarrod was quick to respond when I had a question. Would definitely stay here again.

We came to Nashville to bring my dad to the Grand Ole Opry and ither things. We all had a great time. The property was beautiful and very comfortable and accommodating.

Comfortable stay and good location

Our group of ladies had a great stay. We took advantage of the IV drip bar next door and the little convenient/liquor store a few blocks up. Walking distance to downtown or a $5 Uber ride. The beds are harder than I prefer (but everything has a preference right and I like SOFT beds) overall a nice place!

Wonderful stay!

I can’t say enough about this awesome place! Stayed with a girlfriend, felt safe the entire time. Nice neighborhood, codes to get into the building and into your apartment. Street and garage parking available. Quick Uber ride to Broadway, can walk if you please. Right off the interstate, don’t have to drive through busy streets to get there. The place itself was STUNNING. Beautifully decorated, balcony, large kitchen & dining. Bedrooms and bathrooms were soooo nice (and spacious for a couple girls getting ready). Beds were comfortable! Rooftop and other amenities available. Owners replied quickly and incredibly nice. HIGHLY recommend for any future stays! We had been to Nashville numerous times and stayed in different areas, , this was our favorite! Would love to stay again in the future with a group of friends. To the owners- thank you for your hospitality! ❤️

Clean and convenient

This place was awesome! We went for my sister’s 40th birthday. The common areas were really cool, and the apartment was very clean and modern. Access to Broadway was only about a 20 minute walk, but be sure to avoid certain areas that seemed a little rough. Uber always an inexpensive alternative. Overall, I highly recommend this VRBO!

We are Jarrod and Emma and have called Nashville home for 9 years and absolutely love it. We just had our first child so we're all about her these days, but we try not to forget about our golden retriever, who we call our first born. We hope you’ll be the next guest that gets to enjoy our amazing home. We're happy to offer any recs on restaurants, bars, or hot spots around the city!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We love this neighborhood because it's so close to all the attractions Nashville has to offer. Being able to walk to Broadway to hear live music or to the Titans and Predators games is amazing. Plus there's the best BBQ located just 1/2 mile a way.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

All of our furnishings are top of the line and designed as if we were living here full-time. The mattresses are super comfortable, the bathrooms are huge and the ammeneities are first class.
