We are also a short distance to the Gulch, 12 South, Edgehill, Music Row and Hillsboro neighborhoods. Blocks from Belmont University and a very short drive to Vanderbilt.
We had a fantastic stay in Nashville! The house was in a perfect location, close to everything we wanted to do but still tucked away enough to feel private and relaxed. There was tons of room for our group, with plenty of space to spread out and be comfortable. The home was clean, well-stocked, and made the trip stress-free. Communication with the host was smooth and easy. Would definitely stay here again on our next visit!
The location was great! It was easy to get to different neighborhoods in Nashville! The host was very responsive when we let them know the garage door was acting up and one of their kitchen stools was broken upon on arrival. The townhome is very nice, just thought some things could have been a little cleaner. The dishes in the cabinets had some old food on them and there was chunks of food in the dishwasher.
Graduation Weekend Made Easy Thanks to a Great Host!
We had a great stay at this property! The host was incredibly responsiveâany time we had a question or small issue, they replied quickly via text and helped resolve things right away. It made the stay smooth and stress-free, and we really appreciated the clear communication. The home was comfortable and just as described. Highly recommend!
Owner's disconnectedness to property is clear in many ways
Communication with the owner was a major issue. Despite adding others to the reservation, my group would go days without responses from the ownerâeven with check in being 1-2 days away. Everything fell back on me, which was a bummer when my group was planning a surprise on my behalf. Entrance info was never provided even after early entry confirmationâI had to ask for it. Upon arrival, there was no toilet paper, toiletries or clean towels. We waited over 5 hours to receive towels, which is less than convenient after traveling. The listing misrepresents the space. It claims the fourth bedroom includes a queen bed, twin bed, and futon, but the futon is actually in the living room with no privacy. Accurate listings are essential for planningâthe photos are outdated; furniture, room configurations, and key amenities (like toiletries) were not as described. The overall disconnect between what was advertised and the actual property, as well as very poor communication, made it clear the owner isnât very involved.
There were eyelashes (fake) all over the walls and floor in the upstairs bedroom and bathroom as if it hadn't been cleaned. The drains in the showers are very slow draining and would almost overflow, to two floors. The batteries in the remotes need to be checked, as well as the remotes for the fans. The bunk room fans could not be turned up or down as the remote didn't work.
Our large family stayed at the property. It was very spacious, clean and comfortable. Nashville can be sketchy for locations - we felt very safe here.Beware, this property is a three-story home. Lots of stairs, so not idea for anyone with physical limitations or knee problems. The living space and kitchen are on the second/middle floor. We had a couple of needs during our stay, and the host was very prompt and responsive to all needs and communications. Definitely recommend!
Came to town for my 40th birthday, location was convenient to lots of places. The place was spacious enough for our group but lots of stairs. Could've had better up keep. The rugs looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a long time. Our bed was broken the slates underneath kept coming off but at least the mattress was comfy. There was no hand soap in our bathrooms, there was empty bottles left for handsoap that was one thing I didn't think I would need to bring. There was only enough towels for each guest to have one and none to spare. We thought we would be able to wash and dry our clothes and said there was laundry soap provided. But there was none and also the dryer did not work. Contacted the host he said he would have someone come fix it but they never showed during our stay. There was a nice little backdrop in the living room but the light up sign was broken. It's located on the same property as a rehab center so we heard lots of ambulances going by.
Overall good place to stay, however we had to contact the host right away as it looks like the first floor hadnât been cleaned well and there were bags of laundry left behind from the previous guests. The host was very responsive and had the housekeeping crew come right back to assist. Would rate high for location and lower for cleanliness.
Large home with plenty of room for friends and family
The only downside of the property is the neighborhood. We were hoping to have small coffee shop/neighborhood "center" nearby. We were walking distance to Belmont University, which is impressive. Close enough to Uber into Broadway and other touristy places.
This was one of the nicest VRBO âs I have ever stayed at. Cute atmosphere, very clean, close to the Gulch and Broadway! I had a party of 10 and it was plenty big for everyone! The host was easy to reach and responded in a decent amount of time. Would stay here again!!
We rented this with 8 people and had plenty of room for every couple to have their own bedroom and bathroom. Everything was very clean and the decor was very cute. Highly recommend and will be staying here if in Nashville again! 10 minutes to Broadway, easy for Ubers to find. Thanks to Nathan for being a great host!
