Casa Conchiglia (Shell House) est un trois chambres à coucher privée, trois ans et demi à la maison bain de bord de l'océan situé sur la rive sud. Chacune des trois chambres (vue sur l'océan 2) comprennent une salle de bains et TV à écran plat de.

La villa est située à proximité de Leeward Marina et à seulement 5 minutes en voiture de la plage de Grace Bay et Grace Bay Road, où les clients trouveront des restaurants, des épiceries et de divertissement.

Ouvrez les énormes portes en verre et permettent les alizés constants pour vous garder au frais. Un vrai expierience tropicale intérieure / extérieure.

Vous pouvez choisir l'un des domaines pour dîner-in; négligemment autour de l'immense île de granit, la table de salle à manger formelle ou «plein air» dans la véranda couverte.

La cuisine gastronomique haut de gamme est bien équipé avec des appareils. Une gamme induction / de convection permet au chef de votre groupe de se développer sans se sentir coincé dans la cuisine.

Le salon dispose d'un centre de divertissement qui abrite une télévision 65 'à écran plat 3D, bluray 3D, Bose stéréo avec I Pod / Phone quai.

Piscine Un 12'X24 'avec de confortables chaises longues est une voie céleste de passer votre journée au soleil.

Besoin d'un changement de décor ou moins de vent? Prenez les escaliers à la terrasse inférieure où vous pouvez vraiment échapper. Seul le bruit des vagues rythmiques envahit votre vie privée. Étapes naturelles le rendent facile à obtenir dans et hors de l'océan. À marée haute, vous pouvez sauter les roches (55'deep), à marée basse (de) 18'deep simplement pas dans (chaussures d'eau aider).
Le patio est construit sur la rive de fer, idéal pour les personnes qui détestent sable dans leurs orteils!

Il ya une petite tache de plongée environ 400 verges bas de la côte.

Casa Conchiglia est l'aboutissement de nombreuses années de visite Provo. Tout ce que nous avons aimé a été inclus, ventilateurs de plafond dans toutes les chambres (y compris les salles de bains), les couleurs et le mobilier. Même les peintures d'artistes locaux sont basés sur photo originale des années de plongée en eaux turquoise les de Les îles Turques et Caïques.

A beautiful property. Amazing views with large glass doors that open up to the pool and ocean from several rooms. Very spacious for family of 5. We had a Jeep so easy to get around all parts of the island. A couple of minor maintenance issues that were fixed same day.

Just returned last week... Stunning villa!! The photos do NOT do it justice!! Views were spectacular from sunrise to sunset. And wow, the sunsets (sigh)!!! The place was spotless and still so comfortable and inviting. We had such a great and relaxing time. Mark and the staff were so helpful and friendly. We can't wait to come back :)

AMAZING VIEW!

My wife and I had an amazing time at Casa Conchiglia. The view is simply one of the best (we have vacationed at many Caribbean islands) We were on our honeymoon but this house would be optimal for multiple couples or families considering the large family room space/kitchen and bedrooms each with their own modern showers....simply awesome. I would highly recommend! And make sure you jet ski...a company will bring them to you, and it is a great to play in the ocean in front of the home!

This property is absolutely amazing. The pictures on VRBO do not do it justice! You can’t beat this view. The house was so clean and overall we were pleased. Property is really close to the grocery store and restaurants. Although, not within walking distance. Again, the house and view truly amazing!

Beautiful!

The home was beautiful and views are stunning! We snorkeled and swam a lot, and the tiki bar was so fun! The home was equipped with everything we needed for the week! We did have a few maintenance issues such as no A/C in bedrooms for first three days, smoke alarms chirping for a whole day...which was challenging for sleep. We realize things happen, my only complaint is the communication was slow with property manager. Overall, I would definitely recommend this rental- I can't say enough about the view...so amazing!

The Listing Doesn’t Do This Place Justice

The Villa was super beautiful, huge, clean and modern. The view was spectacular, upstairs and downstairs. The host was very accessible and prompt with responses. The entire place was sun-drenched during the day and the pool lights and deck lights kept it well lit at night as well. The a/c adequately cools that huge space down on the hottest days. The pics online are very underwhelming compared to how it actually looks in person. The telescope in the living room was a super dope bonus Bc u can see the shipwreck and Captain Oaks from it. It was very serene and gorgeous and I’d recommend EVERYONE to book this place. It’s worth every penny and the pennies were pretty lol.

HORRIBLE

Sarah has zero decency/integrity. Should something go wrong during your stay, good luck to you! Upon arrival, all AC units were not working. Property mgr attempted to fix, didn’t work, so she called the handyman. He got it working for a little then they turned off shortly after he left. Called property mgr again and she said she would send someone over. No one ever came and that commenced a miserable night in 84 degree weather w/ 86% humidity. Even with doors open it was miserable. The prop mgr. wasn’t proactive the next morning, leaving us to reach out. I told her that if the issue wasn’t resolved by 4pm, we would vacate the property & wanted a full refund. After not hearing back for hrs we followed up once again. The property mgr eventually got back to me and said the owner agreed to a full refund. She also said that if we wanted to stay someone will be by “sometime” that day to fix the units. That was at 2pm! We obviously chose to leave bc even if someone did come by there was no guarantee that they’d be able to fix the issue. We booked a new place & left. Two days later the owner sends me a msg saying we “chose” to leave, so no refund will be given. For her to renege on their offer illustrates their lack of integrity and duplicitousness. On top of all that, the washer/dryer unit wasn’t working and the dishwasher wasn’t either- there was dirty/smelly water just sitting at the bottom of it. Tbh, even if everything was in working order, I wouldn’t book again. The wind which is described as a “breeze” is quite a nuisance and the road the house is located on is unpaved and littered with huge potholes and you can’t walk anywhere. GL getting around at night if you don’t rent a SUV. Decent people would have apologized profusely for the inconvenience and at the very least offered for us to come back at a later date when the issues were resolved. Instead, the owner feels entitled to our entire four day payment, which will eventually be returned when I file my dispute with Amex. I see that there are decent reviews from other travelers, but a persons true character is revealed during situations like this and it turns out Sarah’s quite the swindler.

Spectacular Views

Casa Conchiglia has breathtaking views, layout was perfect for our family of 4; each having private quarters w en-suites. Master is spacious well laid out and gorgeous views. General living area is both spacious and comfortable and the kitchen was exceptional! Open air, constant trade winds, total privacy, lower level patio with ocean access is unreal!!

Great stay in paradise

Beautiful view and property. It definitely met our expectations. We had a little trouble finding the property because in the final email sent to us the address given was incorrect and one television did not work. But on the plus side, after we checked out of the property one couple left their passports at the house and Chelsea, the property agent, brought it to them at the airport. Very Nice!

Most amazing VRBO this family of 5 has ever stayed at. “Are you kidding me!!” my 18 yo daughter said when we first walked in and saw the beautiful open space with 180 degree views of the tortoise waters of the Caribbean. Clean, spacious and on the water. As advertised.

Just shy of perfect! But, a lot of fun!

Very nice house. Beautiful views and great location. Two spacious bedrooms and a large beautiful great room. Just a 10 minute drive to Grace Bay where all the action is including restaurants and beaches. We thought Magnolias had the best food. Just a few extra touches would have made the house perfect. The appliances (dishwasher, and cook top) were functional but corroded on the exterior (I'm assuming from the salt air) and were ugly. The fridge was somewhat corroded on the outside and inside. The freezer door looked rusted inside and wouldn't open fully some of the time. I think it's due to the humidity and salty air. There were no complimentary water toys available such as kayaks, floats, masks, snorkels, etc. No extras in the kitchen such as welcoming fruits, spices to use when cooking, coffee, bottled water or something to say "feel free to use and welcome to our house". The third bedroom is nice but has no views and is vastly smaller and less luxurious than the other two bedrooms. One couple called it "claustrophobic". If you are three couples, you should clarify to them that the third room is sub-par compared with the others. We drew straws to see who would get the small room. Nevertheless, we ended up switching rooms mid-week with the couple who drew the small room out of guilt and to make it fair to the other couple. Maybe we should have charged less to the couple with the smaller room. For kids, the third bedroom is fine. The swimming pool is lovely looking but was too cold to enjoy. Even though the air temperatures were in the 80s, it might have been the time of year (February) or the strong winds that chilled the pool off so much. It would have been nice to have the option to heat the pool although I'm sure we would have run afoul of the kilowatt allowance imposed by the owner (understandable as the electric rates are VERY high on the island). The ocean below, however, was beautiful and much warmer than the pool water. Karan the house manager was lovely. We needed her help several times as the power went out and the well pump stopped working as a result. The fridge also stopped working and had to be "re-programmed". Overall a very nice house. For the substantial price paid, we would have expected a few additional touches.

This place is amazing! The home is beautiful - one of the most tranquil places on earth. The view is gorgeous and pictures do not do it justice. There were 6 of us that stayed here and we snorkeled, laughed, and relaxed. The home is very spacious and worth booking. Great vacation; worth every penny!

There is not much else to say other than BREATH TAKING! From the moment we landed in Turks and Caicos we were treated with respect. Delano, our Taxi driver, went grocery shopping for us and drove us from place to place whenever we wanted. The property manager, Mark, was also great. He made sure we were all settled in and if we needed anything we could call. Casa Conchiligia was everything the pictures showed and more! We started planning our next trip back to the same place after the first day for next year. You cant go wrong with Turks and Caicos or Casa Conchiligia!!!

Casa Conchiglia gets 6 Stars! The villa was amazing and views were over the top!!

We loved Casa Conchiglia from the moment we stepped foot on the property. The pictures did not do it justice. From the open floor plan to the well-stocked kitchen, residents will be hard pressed to want for much (we didn’t). It was easy to get lost in the views from inside the house (with the sliding glass wall open) and out by the pool. Kite surfers zipping by along with the occasional jetski or boat made lounging poolside extra enjoyable. The views never got old! It was also easy to get anywhere on the island because the proximity to Leeward Highway. We felt very safe at night with the gated driveway and home security system. Mark, our on island contact, took great care of us all week and was super helpful with a botched arrival due to airline problems. It was a week we will never forget...and a house we will rent again. Spectacular Views and Beautiful Property

The pictures on HomeAway were completely accurate! In fact, if possible the property was even more amazing!!! We visited the property the 2nd week of January 2018. From the moment we walked in the Villa we fell in love with the views, the home, the furnishings, the true indoor/outdoor living experience. When you open the front door you are greeted with the spectacular ocean view and the wonderful Trade Winds. The constant winds blowing through the Villa kept us so comfortable that we never closed the windows and never needed air conditioning. The winds also kept the mosquitos away so we were never bothered by bugs the entire stay. What a wonderful experience leaving doors wide open all day and night. Walking around in barefeet, shorts and tank tops. Sleeping with the sound of the ocean and waking to a beautiful sunrise every day. What could be better especially for people coming from single digit temperatures, snow and ice in Connecticut and Maryland! The privacy at this location was perfect for us, private & quiet. Due to the rocky coastline there were no tourists walking up and down a beach right in front of our villa. When we did go out on various excursions or dining it was only a 10 to 15 minute drive. 3 evenings we pampered ourselves and hired an inhouse and amazing chef, Latika, owner of “Taste of the Islands”. Truly gourmet dining at the most beautiful location we could find on the island (our Villa) and we didn’t have to lift a finger before, during or after dinner. Not only did she prepare our meals and cleanup everything, she also did our grocery/liquor shopping prior to our arrival and put it all away for us. The Villa kitchen was so well stocked she had everything she needed and then some. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention how super comfy the beds were and how nice the bed linens, bath and beach towels were. In my final comments I would like to mention how wonderful (and patient 😉) the owner’s were. I dealt primarily with Suzanne and she was always right there whenever I had questions or concerns prior to our arrival. I would like to thank Suzanne and her husband for allowing us the privilege of staying in their beautiful Villa!!! Also, a big thank you to their Property Manager, Mark Bowden! He was extremely helpful. He even rushed over to open the driveway gate manually when the power went out on the entire island and we were trying to make our flight! What a life saver 😊

We have been traveling to the Turks and Caicos Islands for over 13 years. Previously owning property at the Sands, we decided that the Turks and Caicos was were we wanted to spend time when we retire. Over a three year period, we designed and built our 'Island Home'. We named our home Casa Conchiglia which means 'Shell House' as generations of locals have collected conch along these shores. There are thousands of 'Knocked' conch shells left behind as testament to this harvest. This tranquil home and its view exceeds our expectations continously. Enjoy.
