Welcome to the Cozy Cottage in Cascade/Chipita Park, Colorado, an ideal retreat for nature lovers and adventurers alike. With its proximity to iconic landmarks like Pikes Peak and the Garden of the Gods, guests will have plenty of opportunities for outdoor exploration and scenic hikes.

The convenience of being just a short drive from downtown Colorado Springs and Manitou Springs ensures that visitors can easily access restaurants, shops, and other attractions while still enjoying the peaceful mountain setting.

Enjoy the amenities offered at the cottage which include a private deck with a hot tub, high-top fire feature table, and grill. Inside the cottage is a large kitchen with breakfast bar, cozy seating around the fireplace, two bedrooms with queen sized beds, bathroom with custom shower, and laundry.

This was the coziest, cleanest most comfortable stay! The perfect place for us to relax for the weekend. Everything was so thoughtfully prepared and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Weekend Getaway

My fiancé and I had a lovely time staying here for a long weekend. The unit was adorable and was at a great location to explore Woodland Park, Manitou Springs, and beyond. Would absolutely recommend and would love to visit again.

Cam and Nettie were so hospitable! Providing outdoor games for entertainment as well as extra blankets due to cooler nights. Very personable and friendly. Excellent communication! Would definitely recommend, perfect for a family visiting the area.

Beautiful area, gorgeous loft. There are stairs so not suitable for someone who cant use stairs. Very nicely decorated. Love the area. It was a little noisy. The main property garage is below the loft and its noisy. Other than that it was great.

Nettie and Cam were wonderful hosts! This place is the perfect getaway. They have thought of EVERYTHING. So clean, and they have everything you need. Hot tub out in nature, what more could you ask for?? It was perfect, and we will be back no doubt!

30th anniversary

The place was nice and clean. The owners were nice as well. The only thing was that we wished that the Ring door bell didn't have a full view of the hot tub. It just felt a little wierd while we were in it.

Cam and I created our cozy, cottage retreat above our garage to host family and friends old and new. We have a passion for entertaining and sharing our love of the area with visitors. We love meeting new people and sharing our love of the area with our guests. We enjoy hiking, jeeping, fly fishing and exploring our state.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

One of the many things we love about Chipita Park is that it feels like a little mountain town, yet you are only minutes to the city. The mountain views, the smell of pines as the breeze blows through the trees, watching the deer and humming birds is unique to a true mountain experience. It's relaxing and it's something that we hope our guests are able to experience while staying with us.
