Is there anything better than waking up to the sound of the ocean? Our Beach Home is located on Atlantic Avenue in Wells. Walk out the back steps, directly on to the beach. It is but a 2-minute walk from the center of Wells and located close to all amenities. The cottage accommodates up to 10 people comfortably, depending on your sleeping preferences.
Completely renovated in May 2018.
Enjoy the Beach, BBQing / Drinks / Sunrises and Sunsets right on your doorstep.
All new kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, including furniture, appliances, and mattresses.
Included in rental: bath towels, and cleaning service at end of your stay.
Lock box system for easy access
Deal directly with owner for all your rental needs.
Guests need to supply:
To ensure you are not without upon arrival, we supply 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. Additional rolls are to be supplied by guests. Sheets are not included. Guests need to bring their own.

Large open fully equipped kitchen including: island with 3 stools, quartz counter top, gas range, 36" fridge/ freezer, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig, coffee percolator, toaster, and much more.
Living room with flat screen satellite TV and free WiFi. Large sectional sleeper sofa.
Full bathroom with walk-in shower for 2.
Porch with ocean front dining table for 10, and large sectional sofa.
Second Floor
Master Bedroom - Queen size bed (sleeps 2), ocean front view.
Second Bedroom â Top and bottom Double/full bunk bed (sleeps 4)
