Belle maison avec de grandes chambres et un accès direct à la plage; Rénové en 2016! 75 'du pont avant vers les puits de sable blanc, la plage. Maison comprend une cuisine complète avec cuisinière, micro-ondes et lave-vaisselle. Plan à aire ouverte avec coin repas et salon et 1/2 salle de bain hors cuisine avec vue sur l'océan. First Floor dispose également d'une toute nouvelle laveuse et sécheuse pour laver vos maillots de bain après une journée à la plage! Deux chambres au deuxième étage avec un lit queen dans la chambre principale. Un ensemble de lits superposés dans la 2ème chambre; les deux ont accès à la terrasse du deuxième étage et à la salle de bain complète. Au troisième étage, il y a un 2ème maître qui a un lit queen, un lit de repos simple et un canapé-lit dans le coin salon. Climatisation centrale partout. Grande plate-forme enveloppante avec barbecue à gaz donnant sur l'océan. Parking pour 2 voitures l'une derrière l'autre dans l'allée à côté de l'unité. Nouveau téléviseur à écran plat LED de 40 'monté sur le foyer au gaz de la salle familiale. Nouveau téléviseur LED 32 'à écran plat avec DVD monté au mur dans la chambre principale. 10 PERSONNES MAXIMUM. Veuillez noter - nous ne fournissons pas de linge de maison.

A Perfect Beach Getaway!

This house truly feels like a home away from home—comfortable, well-equipped, and just steps from the sand! It has amazing ocean views and ample space for friends and family. We especially loved the outdoor spaces, perfect for relaxing, grilling, dining, and soaking in the beautiful ocean views.The location couldn’t be better—quiet and peaceful with easy beach access, yet still close to great restaurants and a grocery store for anything you need.Our host, Mark, greeted us upon arrival and was incredibly welcoming and helpful. He made sure we were settled in and was attentive to any questions or needs we had throughout our stay.Highly recommend for a relaxing and convenient beach vacation!

Beautiful beach house

What a lovely property! We had a fantastic time at Neptune’s Dream. The house is so pretty, beautifully appointed and well maintained, a perfect fit for our large family of 9. Its proximity to the beach can’t be beat!!! Also, very pretty and plentiful outdoor space for eating and relaxing with ocean views and sounds! A true gem. Mark and Patty are excellent hosts. We look forward to coming back next year!

Perfect beach house

We have stayed at this particular house many times over the years - it’s perfect for our family. It’s spacious, on the water, a short walk to the square, the jetty and an endless beach. We couldn’t ask for more. Mark and Patty are wonderful to work with and we hope to return again ! Stay here - you won’t be disappointed !

What a beautiful house

This is the first time we have rented this house. It is absolutely a beautiful property with a great location and great hosts who provides us all the essentials for a great family vacation. It had all the amenities needed. Mark and Patty were their for anything we needed. Thanks for allowing us to rent your property, we will definately be back.

On The Beach But Not Directly On The Beach

The house is clean and will accommodate 10 people on three levels. We throughly enjoyed our stay with our family and small grandchildren. Our only disappointment was that the listing does not state that the house is directly behind the owner's house and is not directly on the beach. Although you are footsteps away from the beach and can still enjoy the view from the guest house.

Perfect spot!

We have been traveling to Maine and staying in Wells for the past seven years. We’ve bopped around and rented a few different houses through the years and this house is by far one of the best! It’s location on the beach is perfection - always dry sand and you don’t have to battle with the tide schedule! We loved that the house had plenty of space for both us adults and the kids too. It was clean, bright, and just what you would think a Maine beach house should be! Mark is a phenomenal host as well! We can’t wait to go back next summer - the kids are already counting down the days!

Ocean Waves

This property was ideal for a slow paced and relaxing week away with our family. The property is comfortable, well-equipped for cooking and spacious for family members to each find a place to relax and spread out. We especially loved the sound of ocean waves wafting into the home throughout our stay. The stretch of beach just a short walk away is beautiful and uncrowded. Our host went out of his way to help us with a few early-season loose ends that needed to be tied up and was very friendly and accommodating. We would love to have the opportunity to return and fully understand why guests choose to reserve this property season after season.

Wonderful Wells Beach House

Awesome, clean, modern beach house with a stellar location to the sand/water and great owners who will go the extra distance to make sure your stay is perfect! The BEST Beach House

Our favorite place, ok let’s be honest, it’s the only house we rent in Wells. We’ve rented from Mark & Patty for many years and they never disappoint. The house is clean, the location is amazing, it’s perfect for our family. My adult kids won’t stay anywhere else. Extra precautions were taken this year due to Covid and I’m grateful that we were able to go with safety measures in place. We are looking forward to next years family vacation Thanks Mark & Patty for another amazing week at “our home away from home”

We have been renting this property for years and it never disappoints. You don't need to get in your car to go to the beach. The house is clean and has everything you need. The owners, Mark and Patti, are fabulous and a pleasure to deal with. We are already looking forward to next year!

Unbeatable location!

The house is situated in a perfect spot on the beach. Loved the direct beach access. The home was very comfortable for our family. It does need some fixes to make it a five-star stay but we would definitely return.

Absolutely LOVE Neptune’s Dream! Perfection!

We have rented Neptune’s Dream for the past 19+ years. Mark and Patty (owners) are always updating and adding new things.They are awesome and truly care about their property and the people renting. The Washer/dryer and AC are just a couple bonus features we’ve grown to Love. The beach is only a few steps away, listening to the crashing waves as you fall asleep is something we look forward to each summer. We won’t stay anywhere else and we are looking forward to booking our 2020 Family Summer Vacation as soon as the calendar is available. You will not be disappointed with this property. This is our home away from home. We love it and we know you will too!

Mark was a great host, answered all my questions and emails very promptly. The house was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We felt very relaxed, felt safe, and the accommodations for the cars was great. We are so happy to have picked this house for our first family vacation, looking forward to many more! Great location on the beach and the house is beautiful. Couldn’t ask for more.

Have been to Wells Beach many times. This location however proved to be quiet with all the amenities one needs. We had our families with grandchildren and everyone was easily accommodated, the front porch being a favorite spot. The property is near, clean and modern.. life was definitely good at the beach :-)

Another wonderful experience!

After an incredible experience at this home last summer, we were so excited to return to this perfect vacation rental. Our expectations were exceeded once again. This house is always impeccably clean and perfectly set up for a family vacation. It is updated and with just the right amount of space as we share the home with my sister's family. The beach is just steps away and you can see the ocean from the home, so you feel like you never leave the beach. In fact, the house is so wonderful, we never want to leave! We were also pleasantly surprised to see the owners updated the deck this year. They are constantly updating and you can tell they truly care about their homes. Now, if only we could stay there all summer! We cannot wait until next year! Thank you for another wonderful vacation!

Another AMAZING Vacation!

This was our fourth year staying at this amazing house. It just keeps getting better and better as our kids get older. You are steps away from the beach and the house has everything you need. The pictures don’t do it justice! The owners are great and now seem like family! Mark and Patty THANK YOU for another perfect family vacation!

Wonderful family vacation

Mark and Patty are wonderful people who clearly take great pride in their property and sincerely want you to have a great time on your vacation. The house is updated, clean, and perfect for a family. And the beach is just incredible! All of our kids (ages 9, 5, and 2) barely came off the beach all week! The sand was soft, water was warm (not kidding!), and air temps 78-82 all week. After going to the Cape last year, we have decided Wells Beach is WAY better! Thanks to Mark and Patty for a great week!

Perfect setup for a family vacation at the beach!

This house is beautiful and set up perfectly for a family. It has direct access to the beach and we were pleasantly surprised to see that you could see the ocean from the deck and main living room and bedrooms. Everything is set up to make it easy for a family with children. There's nothing like getting up to the sound of the ocean and being able to walk just steps to the sandy beach. The house was updated and very clean with a lot of space to spread out but also spend time together. We had a perfect week and cannot wait to come back next summer!!

Perfect location, perfect place - we just loved it!

We had a wonderful time at the beach and Neptune's Dream is a beautiful place. The remodel adds so much to the property with the washer and dryer and comfortable new furniture. The owner's are very pleasant and helpful and we especially enjoyed the beautiful flowers. Will definitely be going back!
