Roger; I am disappointed in your review although I am happy you enjoyed your stay with us. I'd like to refer you to our listing and pictures on VBRO's site. Here is the description; Beautiful Home With Large Rooms and direct access to the beach; Refurbished in 2016! 75' off the front deck to the white sandy Wells, Beach. House includes Full Kitchen With stove, microwave and dishwasher. Open concept plan with dining and living areas and 1/2 bath off kitchen area with Ocean views. First Floor also has a brand new washer and dryer for washing your bathing suits after a day at the beach! Two Bedrooms on Second Floor With A Queen Bed In the Master bedroom . A Set of Bunk Beds In the 2nd bedroom; both have access to the second floor deck and full bathroom. On the third floor there Is a 2nd master which has a Queen Bed, a single daybed, and a sleeper sofa In The sitting area . Central A/C throughout. Large Wrap Around Deck With Gas Grill overlooking the ocean. Parking For 2 Cars one behind the other in the driveway next to the unit. New flat screen 40' LED television mounted over the gas fireplace in the family room. New flat screen 32' LED television with DVD mounted on wall in master bedroom. 10 PEOPLE MAXIMUM. Please note - we do not provide linens. We also accompany the written description with 18 photo's of the property. Pictures # 1,2 and 11 all show the house and distance it sits off the beach which coincides with the description. Maybe you didn't have an opportunity to look at the pictures or read the full description which has been the same since 2016! In the past 6 years we have never had anyone indicate in a review that our description isn't accurate. Thanks again for writing the review but the property deserves a 5 star rating!

Thanks so much for your kind comments. When I look at your children I think back to when they were all little people and if I remember correctly you were carrying the youngest inside you! John; Thanks for your kind words. Its unfortunate you decided to be petty and dishonest after your stay. You and your family abused the house and damaged the property. You left the house a mess which required extensive cleaning and repairs to the walls. The cleaning team spent an additional 2 hours scouring the property to maintain our level of cleanliness for the next rental guest and their family. You had breakfast and put the dishes and glasses in the sink and didn't bother to wash them or put them away, the walls were a mess throughout the house and you left wrappers and food and bottles in the furniture and under the furniture. When I asked you directly about the house and your stay;. You denied you left the house a mess and damaged and then later admitted it wasn't clean and you left the dishes in the sink . We are not the Merry Maids John and we do not provide daily maid services to our guests. We live in a world with an active virus and we have to ensure the house is clean and disinfected for our guests when they arrive; this takes time which leaves no time to clean up after a sloppy and disrespectful family. How would you feel if you arrived with uncleaned dishes and glasses in the sink and trash in the furniture? Our guests respect the home and our grounds and leave the houses clean and tidy for the next guest out of respect. Because of your behavior we cancelled your 2nd weeks vacation in August, refunded your payments in full and ensured VBRO did as well. I was more than happy to take the income loss than to have you and your family return for a 2nd round of abuse and damage. You intentionally waited after your refund was processed (which I processed the day I terminated your reservation) then you wrote your little review. I'd suggest our future guests would read all of our prior reviews and consider Johns review for what it was meant to be; revenge for our decision to cancel any future damage! The review goes along with your stay with us; sloppy and disrespectful but then again "its nothing special"
