A quintessential scene of Boothbay Harbor awaits at this oceanfront condo, gorgeously situated with west-facing views of the harbor itself, the marina below, and beautiful nightly sunsets. This is a place to unwind on your shaded balcony, watching the ferries, whale-watch cruises, and local lobster boats come and go.

This second-floor condo is located in a waterfront building on the east side of the harbor, just about half a mile south of the footbridge into downtown. There's so much you can walk to here - Boothbay Lobster Wharf, great restaurants, cute shops, kayak rentals, sailing and whale-watching charters, and the little beach at Barrett Park. The Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens and the Maine State Aquarium are both within four miles as well.

This condo is a delight to come home to after a day spent out on the water, as you can take in the harbor view from the balcony and throughout the window-lined living space. Everywhere you look, you'll see the colors of the ocean, from the well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances to the open living room with a smart TV. High-speed WiFi and a private washer/dryer are provided for your convenience as well.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
