Great location. Secluded, but still within 15 or 20 minutes of everything you need. The cabin was exceptionally clean and well maintained. We had a wonderful time disconnecting and recharging here. Thank you for your hospitality Frank!

We had an amazing stay, everything exceeded our expectations! This is where I proposed to my fiancĂ© and I couldn’t have asked for a better time. The property was spotless and throughly clean, the hot tub has a canopy and privacy covers which is an amazing touch so we didn’t get sunburned. It was nice and quiet with beautiful lighting and a warm sense of comfort. The property manager was kind and available to answer any questions we had and left a little note for us when we arrived. We will definitely be booking a stay here again. It was a 10/10 experience!

Fabulous little country cabin

This place is a serious little gem. Beautiful, well- maintained property with all of the amenities we needed for a couple of days. Far enough from civilization that you feel isolated in the best way, but not so far that you can't make a quick run to town. Only issue we had was absolutely no cell signal (Mint/T-Mobile). That's not a slight on the property or owners at all, just a heads up for anyone who might worry about that sort of thing.We'll definitely remember this place for the future!

A wonderful getaway

This property exceeded our expectations for sure. While it is a cabin, it has everything up to date and with quality amenities. We couldn't have been happier and got to spend some relaxing time around the fire pit. Frank is an awesome host.

Weekend in the country

Our stay was amazing! The cabin and property are absolutely magical. It is so hard to find a place that is truly "in the woods". This was a fantastic find and we will definitely be back!

Perfect little retreat

It was the perfect, cozy, serene getaway that the hubby and I needed! We have 4 young kids and both work full-time so getting away from the hussle and bussel of everyday life was just what we needed. We will definitely be going back!

Perfect

Ill try to keep it short and sweet. The host was communicative and a very cool. The cabin was super peaceful, quiet, and calm, with an amazing backyard fire pit view. It felt very secluded, yet the nearest Walmart was only 20 minutes away. I understand why people rate it 10 out of 10.

Lovely Cabin in the Woods

The property was beautiful! The house was very clean and there was a bottle of wine waiting for us when we arrived. We really enjoyed the delicious treats at Millers Amish Bakery, and we had a great hike at the Buzzardroost. We hope to come back for some more rest and relaxation. Frank was wonderful! You will love it here!

Hidden Gem!

This was one of the best properties I have ever stayed in, hands down. The owner was so hospitable and helpful and the cabin is immaculate and cozy. Everything you need is there, it's SO QUIET and a wonderful getaway from all the hustle and bustle. I can't wait to go back in every season. 10/10 would recommend. Thanks, Frank and Leah!

Great Weekend Getaway

We booked the cabin for an anniversary weekend to basically do nothing. It was a great time of lounging. Very clean and organized. Everything you need is there. We enjoyed sitting by the fire at night. One note
 there is not internet/ WiFi. That’s just the way it is in the area, but I did bring my Apple TV and just ran it off my phone.

Awestruck

This cabin and the property it is located on is simply amazing! In one word, we were awestruck at the beauty of the surroundngs and the craftsmanship and love that was put into building this cabin. The morning we left, we sat on the front porch and watch a fawn feeding from its momma! A diamond in the rough! Frank was equally as amazing in making sure we had everything we needed (including some awesome black cherry wine!) If you crave peace, stillness, and want to experience God's country, this is the right cabin for you!!!! Thank you Frank!!!!

A hidden gem!!

This cabin is what you picture when you want a perfect cabin experience! It's rustic on the outside, and beautifully decorated and cozy on the inside. The kitchen had everything we needed to make a couple of meals, Keurig coffee and creamers provided for our morning coffee on the porch swing, and a great bonfire pit with fire starters, matches, and wood provided. The host thought of everything that would make our stay easy and comfortable! We never had any need to call Frank, but we knew if we had any questions, he'd always be available. We appreciated the bottle of wine and "Thank you" card that awaited us upon arrival. The cabin was extremely clean, and the autumn decor made it even more cozy. It was a wonderful getaway for my husband and I to reconnect with some quiet time away from home. Btw, the shower is amazing! You have to see it to believe it! We'd love to stay here again if we get the chance!

Best place for a cozy long weekend

If you are trying to decide between staying at this location or another cozy cabin CHOOSE THIS ONE! This property went above and beyond our expectations. Everything in the cabin is so cozy and such great quality. You can tell that Frank and Leah have really thought about the little details with their property from cozy throw blankets, to plenty of kitchen essentials (they’ve got a keurig y’all!), a beautiful bathroom with a rain shower head, an amazing fire pit with PLENTY of firewood, and even a complimentary bottle of wine from a local winery. Even though we had a rainy day while we were here we still enjoyed rocking on the porch and drinking our morning coffee. We cannot wait to make this a yearly trip, for us just to get away to a little peace and quiet. This cabin truly felt like a home away from home and I miss it already! One thing I will bring next year is plenty of dvds! They were kind enough to include a great selection since Wi-Fi does not reach this far out in Adams county yet and it worked out perfect for us. I have a Verizon cell plan and had two/ three bars our whole trip as well (in case anyone looking was wondering 👍)

Great secluded hideaway but not too far! Super clean and great ambiance. The lights on the loft railing provide just the right lighting. Owner is super responsive. Cell coverage for t mobile was good. Hot tub was clean and great for a late night dip with privacy curtains. Although we were joined by a couple of deer one night.We would stay here again.

We built this cabin just my older brother and myself with some help from a few family members . We did it all and We take pride in opening our second home to others with top notch building Materials ,and craftsmanship. There was no corners cut into building this place for many families to enjoy no mater the occasion.
