A breathtaking view of Samish Bay, Lummi Island, and the serene coast of Washington awaits at this waterfront home, beautifully situated on the north shore of Samish Island. While there is no safe beach access directly from the property, you'll be just around the corner from a public access point to Samish Beach, allowing you to easily swim, take long walks, and marvel at gorgeous sunrises and sunsets.

Each morning, you'll wake up to the soothing sounds of nesting seabirds and waves gently lapping upon the shore. Just outside, you can sip your first cup of coffee at the water's edge, play with your kids all afternoon in the grassy lawn, and light the gas grill for bayfront barbecues at sunset.

The single-story interior is open and full of light, with sunshine and water views streaming in through the sun porch. Whether you're preparing a favorite meal in the well-equipped kitchen, sitting down for dinner and board games at the dining room table, or streaming movies in the living room, you'll do it all with a beautiful view of the bay. Complimentary WiFi and a washer/dryer are also on hand for your convenience.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
