Belle maison unifamiliale avec 4 chambres à coucher (une est une tanière avec un lit queen, un coin salon et une cheminée) et 2. 5 salles de bain. Le salon est en contrebas avec foyer au gaz et est ouvert sur la cuisine. Il y a un porche couvert hors de la cuisine. La cuisine a été entièrement mise à jour au printemps 2012 avec des armoires en merisier clair, des comptoirs en surface solide en quartz et des appareils en acier inoxydable.Les trois chambres ont une vue panoramique imprenable sur la vallée jusqu'aux montagnes à inclure de gauche à droite - White Horse Ledge, Cathedral Ledge, Humphrey Ledge, le mont Washington, la chaîne de montagnes noires, le mont Bartlett, le mont. Kearsarge North, Black Cap (Cranmore Mountain).

C'est un endroit idéal pour que les gens restent à la maison et profitent de la vue tandis que d'autres vont faire du shopping dans les magasins d'usine (à moins d'un mile), ou faire de la randonnée (choisir une montagne) ou du ski.

Les montagnes de ski parmi lesquelles choisir sont Cranmore, Attitash, King Pine, Shawnee Peak, Black Mountain, Bretton Woods et Wildcat. Une grande caractéristique pendant les mois d'hiver est que l'allée est de niveau et il y a un garage attenant pour deux voitures afin que vous ne glissiez pas et ne glissiez pas vers la location! Il y a un vestiaire et une buanderie hors cuisine menant au garage pour deux voitures. Suite principale avec lit king size et vue sur le mont Kearsarge depuis votre lit king - 3/4 salle de bain hors maître. 1 chambre a des lits superposés et une autre a un lit simple avec lit gigogne. Il y a un lit queen dans la tanière qui a également une cheminée. 1. 5 miles de l'ancien village de North Conway.

La maison est livrée avec draps et serviettes, cependant, ces articles doivent être lavés par l'occupant avant le départ. Certaines personnes trouvent utile d'apporter leurs propres serviettes ou draps et d'emporter leur linge avec eux. Beautiful views and perfect location

We loved our week spent here. The view is absolutely beautiful and we loved waking up to it each morning. It is located on a perfect side street that makes anywhere you want to go in North Conway accessible. Definitely would love to stay here again!

Beautiful views and family time

The house was the perfect location and ambiance for our winter family escape. The views cannot be beat! Our young children had space to run and comfortable, clean beds to rest in. Our whole family really enjoyed our stay and didn’t want to go!

Hosts was very available. Views from backyard were amazing. Home was very spacious and clean. Loved close proximity to N. Conway village. We enjoyed tubing on Saco River a few days and enjoyed wonderful family memories with our grown children and their spouses. Would definitely book again!

Incredible views in downtown N Conway

We had an amazing time staying here with our kids. Nice neighborhood with incredible views of the mountains. House had all necessary amenities to support our stay. Property manager was very responsive. Easy walk to main street for food and ice cream. We would have liked screens to open the windows but understand it was early in the season for such things.

Nice pet friendly home

The house was very spacious and clean. The kitchen was great and updated. Family room was nice and big with a great view of the mountains. Bedrooms were great and bathrooms were clean . The location was perfect.

Comfortable, clean, great house with a gorgeous view

We had an awesome stay with my family. The house is very nice, cool layout, plenty of seating for meals, tv and family time. Great kitchen for folks who really like to cook with actual equipment and tools. The owners definitely added a personal touch that made the house feel warm and welcoming. We’ll be coming back hopefully again!

Wonderful winter get away

We had a wonderful time at this cozy house located right in the center of it all. The beautiful views of Mt. Washington and the Presidential Range made it extra special. The owners were extremely easy to communicate with and very accommodating. The house was plenty big for our family of four and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and more. We tubed, snowmobiled and did some shopping all very close to the house. We would definitely rent here again.

Long weekend

The house was perfect. Plenty of room for the six of us, and plenty of room for our dogs to play. The view was incredible. We got to sit on the patio and watch a lightening storm over the mountains one evening. It’s located right in the center of town, but doesn’t feel that way. Overall, a great long weekend away.

Great view and location

The view is unmatched. The living room was cozy and gave a beautiful outlook to the mountains. The backyard was great for relaxing and yard games. There were plenty of games, beds were comfortable, and the kitchen fully equipped. The house is conveniently close to Route 16 but quiet. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to anyone.

Great property! Fit family of 8 perfectly! Very clean, modern and the views are spectacular!

My daughter had an immediate family only wedding nearby and I didn’t want my 80 year old mom staying at a hotel due to the COVID. We decided to rent a house to stay safe. The house layout perfectly fit our family needs with enough beds VS baths to assign everyone their own space. The open concept of the kitchen with the sunken living area in view gave me the best of both worlds. I was able to prepare meals and stay engaged with family activities. The neighborhood is quiet and a stones throw away from center Conway. There is plenty of tree growth that creates a natural noise barrier from the hustle & bustle of Center Conway. The panoramic views are spectacular! The fog lifting in the morning with peeks of sun shining on the peaks & rolls of the mountains and the corn stalks swaying in the breeze is relaxing. A great way to start your day! The house is very clean, has central air, modern lighting systems and the kitchen is laid out perfectly with a farmers sink, double oven range with new granite and hardwood cabinets. I highly recommend this property and the hosts are very easy to work with. Thank you!

fantastic property

Recently stayed 3 nights at this property. We stayed with friends who have two young children and we also have two young boys. The house easily and comfortably accommodated us. The views off the back of the house are amazing. After the kids went to bed we would sit on the covered back porch and play the hook and ring game. The location of the property cannot be beat. Right off the main street near all the shops and restaurants but the house is quiet. Even when we were sitting outside you couldn't hear the main street. The house is clean and updated. There are extra toys for the kids (they loved the match box cars) and there was a gate we found in the basement to contain the young ones in the living room (it is a sunken living room) Overall we would definitely stay here again. Wish we had stayed longer this time!

Perfect location for a weekend away

My family and I just got back from a weekend in North Conway. We stayed at the echo acres house and couldn't have been happier. The house is very cozy with amazing views of the mountains. The location is perfect as we like to stay between the shopping and the center. Working with the owner couldn't have been easier. We have stayed here before and will hopefully be back soon!

Nice location and finishes - TLC and better oversight are needed

Your property is nicely located but is in need of some much needed tlc and oversight. Here are the issues we experienced: To recap: -Garage door was left open upon arrival, opener missing -Cleaning product left outside -DVD player in livingroom broken, could not access netflix, hulu or any other web based streaming. -Bathtub and shower liner covered with soap scum and pink mold. I had to scrub the tub and shower and wash the shower liner before we could use it. -Slider to outside nearly impossible to open. -Ice maker and water not working on fridge -"Walkway to water" not available to renters - On the night I arrived I emailed the owner and asked where the access was. The owner then communicated, access is not for renters and I had to insist on access since it was advertised and we corresponded directly on the topic. The owner did not leave the beach pass, but a photo of it was (finally) sent via text. The owner recently replied to me stating nearly all was fixed and they apoligized for not being available after our last correspondence on 7/22. However, we were corresponding via email on that day - and I never heard back from Molly again until I sent the pro's and con's list above. 2 stars, 1 for location and 1 for finishes and view. I will not book this property again.

Winter Family Getaway!

What a wonderful house! We rented this house as a winter getaway for our large family. Tons of space for 8 adults comfortably plus our 2 dogs! The house had all the essentials and more. Location was amazing! We skiied 10 minutes down the road for the whole day and came back to a plowed driveway since it snowed the entire time, great perk! Highly recommend and we look forward to returning!

Lovely house in a great location

We had a lovely stay at this home in a great location! Close to everything but with the beautiful view out the back windows we felt as if we were very secluded from the busy main drag of North Conway. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us and our dogs. The recently renovated kitchen that was well stocked allowed us to very easily cook meals. We hope to stay here again next year! The only reason I'm giving this one less star is simply because it wasn't as clean as I would have liked. There were places that need to be cleaned but seem to be missed by the hired cleaning staff. For example under the bed in the front bedroom with the fireplace there was a lot of dirt and an old band aid, as well as, the main bathroom had a clump of hair in the shower drain. This would not deter us from staying again but I would recommend a new cleaning staff or more closely reviewing their work. Additionally, we did not mind having to do our own linens on the last day, however, it was hard to get them all done by the check out time and still have a relaxing final day. We did ask for a late check out and the host was very accommodating. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Great week in the White Mountains

My family and I had a great time and the house was fantastic. We especially enjoyed the back porch with the views of Mount Washington. The house is centrally located to plenty of activities, including hiking, canoeing/kayaking, shopping, and amusement parks for the kids (Storyland). A total of four rooms with beds meant that everyone had their own space, and the well stocked and modern kitchen allowed for us to enjoy family meals without having to go out to eat each night. I'm trying to think of something negative to say, but can't think of anything. Oh, except that we saw a small bear walk past the back yard one night, but hey, we're in New Hampshire! I highly recommend this house for anyone looking to stay in the North Conway area.

Carl and I live on the seacoast of New Hampshire and enjoy hiking, skiing, and sight seeing in the white mountains with our three children. Carl is an oceanographer with NOAA and I am a Realtor and retired reservist from the Coast Guard and a Realty Specialist with the National Park Service. When we are not on the Seacoast, we are either travelling to our family properties on Cape Cod or heading up to the White Mountains.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Over the years we have rented homes on homeaway/vrbo. In fact, we rented them in the White Mountains and while the homes were wonderful, we always wanted to be a little bit closer to the downtown. This property has that and more.

Being just down the street from the outlet malls and under two miles from the Village of North Conway was wonderful and met our location needs, but to also have unobstructed panoramic views, and a quiet neighborhood were too much to pass up.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

So as you can see, we bought the place for location...the condition was lacking! The house was a wonderful executive ranch with grand foyer and a two car garage, but it was dated. When we purchased the property, we rolled up our sleeves, did some work ourselves, and called a number of contractors :-)

The home now has mostly oak floors, two of three updated baths and all repainted walls. It has new drywall in some rooms, and new windows in others. We replaced the furnace and hot water tank and we moved the kitchen from what is now the Den to what was the dining room so that the house was more in tune with a family in the 21st century.

I hope you choose our home and enjoy it as much as we do. Whenever we have a chance to travel up north and sit on the covered porch, we sit there, looking at the views, and contemplate on how lucky we are to live in New England.
