Idéalement situé dans les magnifiques montagnes blanches du New Hampshire. Minutes à Echo Lake, Cathedral Ledge, et Down Conway de la ville, avec des magasins, des restaurants, du ski, des visites touristiques et plus encore.

La maison est située dans un quartier familial calme juste à côté de West Side Road. La maison présente un intérieur rustique en pin noueux, beaucoup d'espace pour se divertir et a de nombreuses mises à jour. Le niveau principal comprend une cuisine complète, une salle de bain complète, une chambre avec un lit queen et un grand salon bien pour divertir plus d'une famille. En entrant dans la maison, vous verrez l'escalier nouvellement tapissé qui mène au deuxième étage avec 2 chambres et un bain 3/4. Les deux chambres à l'étage sont à travers le couloir l'une de l'autre, dont l'une comprend 2 lits queen et l'autre avec 1 lit queen et 4 lits jumeaux.

Au large du salon se trouve un porche avec grille grillagée qui vous offre beaucoup d'espace pour faire cuire et prendre l'air frais.

Great location!

Great location, quiet and away from all the hisses and bustle of downtown North Conway. Perfect for the older family members in our group. Communication was excellent and super responsive as well as understanding. Our trip needed to change and our dog could not come. Our pet fee was refunded. Cleanliness was our biggest issue. There were items from past guests found in various locations (socks in drawers in master bedroom, sunglasses under bureau upstairs and quite a bit of dust on the bedroom floors). My family of senior family members (parents and uncle) enjoyed the layout and house size was great! After reading others reviews I realized we had to bring our own linens and towels which made extra work I wasn’t anticipating given some physical limitations of my parents. Otherwise a great location, quiet with awesome views and spacious with a great layout! I would definitely stay again, especially now that we are knowing in advance we need to bring our own sheets and towels prior to booking.

5th Time Staying Here

This was our 5th time staying at this cozy cottage. Our family of 7 adults just stayed this past October and this was an adult ladies weekend of holiday shopping. Always clean and great communitcation with owner. We love the amount of space for all of us and the country vibe. Highly recommend and we will be coming back.

Easy commute to North Conway

Excellent location, quiet but close enough to everything (10 minute drive). Driveway was plowed, shovels and salt left for stairs. Good size place we would stay again.

We should have stayed in a hotel instead at least we’ll what to expect

I can’t even begin to point out all the negativity about this place if you want a camping cabine you will be in a right place the structure is nice but the lodging was terrible on 99% aspect the cleanness 0 it not worth it

No linens

So after flying 1300 miles and arriving after a long day of driving, we discover there is absolutely no linen in this place. No kitchen towels, no bath linens, or sheets. We had to jump back in the car and head to Walmart to buy what we needed then do laundry that evening so we could get a good night's rest. I reviewed the listing several times to see a note about linens and all I found was a note in the check out procedures about if you use our linens to place them in a central location. Now I have to figure out how to fit all this in my suitcase to fly home and stay within my baggage weight allowance. The place had spider webs everywhere but the upside to that was there were no bugs except the flies in the basement. Besides that though, things seemed cleanish on the surface. The bed we slept on upstairs had stains on the mattress cover, it was the best choice of bed unfortunately because the 2nd queen bowed in the center. If you only use the downstairs bedroom, it's pretty acceptable. Upstairs the shower is tiny and water sprays all over the place because of calcium buildup. We found the TV satellite worked ok though there was a permanent line near the top of the screen. It's a smart TV so we were able to cast to it (yay!). We enjoyed the screened in patio one evening, it has a nice comfy feel to it. The neighborhood was pretty quiet and peaceful for the most part. The expectations were pretty typical, clean up your trash, etc.

So the location of this home was ideal and the home itself was cute. Sadly, that’s the only positive feedback I have. Walking into the home, it had a strange smell to it, a little musty. Kitchen area and bathrooms appeared relatively clean. The upstairs bedroom however, filthy. Under one of the twin beds weee someone’s dirty rolled up white socks, candy wrappers and several dust bunnies. We brought our own linens as directed.. The comforters and pillows that were available on the beds were smelly, with yellow/brown staining and discoloration. Definitely unsanitary to say the least. The queen size bed in the room with the 4 twin beds was not horrible comfort wise, but I couldn’t move due to the loud creaking sound with the slightest movement. The sounds actually kept waking the guests in the first floor bedroom. Although these issues are all irritating, the worse situation happened our second night there.As we were cleaning up the home for our anticipated departure the next morning, I reviewed the rental agreement and noted that the grill would need to be cleaned. In hindsight, I really wish we had taken a photo of it when we first arrived as it was super-greasy and filthy. Nevertheless, we attempted to clean it to avoid any additional cleaning charges. Forgot to mention the grill is in an enclosed porch attached to the house. Well, we turned the grill on in an attempt to soften up the grime…it was on no more than 5 min when our 13 yr old ran to alert us the grill was on fire!

The name says it all. It’s a very cozy retreat. We very much enjoyed our stay. Pet friendly and family friendly. The kitchen had all the amenities needed for cooking meals and making coffee. More than an abundance of kitchenware that anyone could need. Beautiful location, and easy access to North Conway. The host was very friendly and responsive.

We were very pleased with our stay. We didn’t have any Internet service, except when we went downtown. Actually, it was rather pleasant without it. We would strongly suggest a railing on the stairway.

Quick trip away

My husband and I (and our dogs) really enjoyed how quiet the neighborhood was! The house was cozy and instructions were easy to follow and understand! The host was also very responsive and easy to communicate with. There was plenty of optikns for takeout and we got to enjoy some hikes too! We even saw a black bear our first morning!Great spot for a mini getaway!

Excellent stay in a snowy place.

We all had comfortable sleeping places. There is a dishwasher, well stocked kitchen supplies, comfy sitting areas, large kitchen just like home. The stairway to the upstairs bedrooms is a bit treacherous as there are no handrails and the driveways are steep which is fine except when it snows. We needed to be plowed out one day. Having 2 bathrooms and multiple beds was a bonus too. It is pet friendly. Internet worked fine.

Love it here!

We've stayed at this property several times and there is a reason we keep coming back. It's just as advertised as cozy and comfortable. Always clean and great communication with owner if needed. We will be staying again when we return to North Conway. If you want a cottage you can feel at home with this is the place.

The property is great, except the beds/mattresses are all extremely uncomfortable and loud/squeaky so a good nights sleep isn’t easy to come by.

Quiet slightly out of the way home

This place was far enough away from the busyness of North Conway but just a short drive away. Nice yard and neighborhood to walk. No cell service so you have to use Wi-Fi calling. It was weird that sheets and towels were not provided. I had to go buy sheets to fit that fit the beds there.

House was spacious

Okay lets start off, it can be a bit to get to this place, we were still within 15 minutes to most of what we wanted to get to. Front yard was nice, backyard needs work, at least mowed. With being in the woods, ticks are a concern and the grass back there could at least use a mow. There was a hot tub not set up but would be lovely addition. Unfortunately, there was a grill but it wasnt useable. Which really put a damper on the food we brought from home. The insife is a lot larger tha. The pictures show it to be. Plenty of space for people to spread out. Im glad we were not here durong a super hot time since what was there for acs i dont think would of cut it for the upstairs, dor my family at least. Kitchen was very useful. No sponges to wash dishes that we could find, especially since he has a rule about making sure dishes are clean, the dishwasher also took some time to figure out.also, lots of baby stuff, we didnt need, but no plastic cups or dishware for kids. Overall we had a good stay. We had beds for everyone, we were able to relax and do what we wanted in the area, the grill did put a damper on things. Lastly, there isnt much insulation between floors so you can hear things. Overall, house is spacious, the neighborhood is quiet. It did its job.
