The backyard immerses you in a quirky Tiki vibe with large heated in-ground pool, patio, lounge chairs & seating areas, covered patio, outdoor smart TV, Charcoal Grill, games & firepit. 3 Bedrooms, each with smart TV's and comfortable beds, all linens throughout home provided. Full Kitchen with granite countertops, tile flooring throughout home, 2 floor to ceiling tile showers (one is oversized), in home laundry room & free parking even for your jet ski/boat trailer!

Your private heated pool retreat, is just minutes from the sandy shores and crystal blue ocean surf! From the moment you arrive you'll be immersed in the quaint design and décor, indoors and out. As you walk through the French doors you will find the in-ground, over-sized pool ready to refresh you from the long journey. Feel free to have a Papaya from our tree if they are ready.

Take a plunge or a lazy float on one of our pool floats, air pump provided, and enjoy the backyard Tiki Inspired quirky charm that helps you feel as though you are lost in a truly vacation state of mind. Large covered outdoor patio space with table and chairs, bench, smart TV and a complete hangout zone with Dartboard, Ring Toss, Large Jenga and Single Putting Green Game. Test your skills at Ladder Ball, Adult Sized Connect 4, Yard Chess, and Corn Hole anywhere around the spacious pool deck completed with more tables, chairs, and sun loungers to help you get that perfectly bronzed Florida tan. Looking for yet another area to eat or relax? Try the umbrella covered table and chairs. The firepit is ready for your use which comes with marshmallow sticks ready for you to make your smores dessert. Then hop on your pool float again as you gaze up at the twinkling night sky filled with bright stars and the chance of a Kennedy Space Center Launch sighting before you head in to watch the 55” Smart TV from the 3person leather sofa living room. There are many chairs and a rocking chair inside to move into the living room if you need more seating. Please just put anything you move back prior to checking out. Each of the bedrooms is equipped with it’s own smart TV.

Before bed enjoy the new Air Conditioning Unit to cool you from the Florida sun, and then take a calming hot shower from our new tankless hot water heater providing hot showers for all in your group, both bathrooms featuring floor to ceiling tiled showers and equipped with Shampoo/Conditioner/Body Wash/Hand Soap and Hair Dryer (1). Head off to sleep in comfort in one of the three bedrooms, two with queen mattresses and one with two twins, all with comfortable mattresses. You will appreciate that the home is cleaned by a professional company from fans to floors each turn, and the mattresses and pillows are encased in zipper protection for you. While the entire home is air conditioned for you, each room in the home has a ceiling fan for you as well, and there is a portable fan if needed. Each window has blind coverings and the master suite also has blackout curtains if needed. There is a full length mirror on master suite door.

On your first morning wake up to Keurig coffee pods, creamer, sugar/sweet n low so you don’t need to rush anywhere and can take that rejuvenating morning pool dip as you decide what to do with your day since you are conveniently located to hundreds of Florida’s top attractions and things to do with local events weekly. There is a regular drip coffee pot as well for those who prefer but you will need your own coffee/filter.

Guest access: Our Entire Home is open and available for our guests to use. We will communicate with you through Vrbo App messaging the day prior to your arrival with the door access code. We will have one locked closet and the backyard shed is closed. Other than that this entire property is for your use, with front yard, large driveway, with both sides of the property gated and secured into the fully fenced private backyard with huge pool and spacious laid back oasis! If you have a trailer that you would like to park securely behind the locked gates please notify us prior to your stay so that we can arrange things properly for your stay. There is a ring camera at the front door only. There is No Smoking and No Pets allowed for this home. Check In is 3pm and Check Out is 11am. Although at times we may be able to make allowances if needed so please message us.
