SEMI-OCEAN FRONT Salvo — Farrow Ct. — Family connections run deep at FAMILY TIES, a six-bedroom/four- and-one-half-bath home that brings extended families or multiple friend groups together for those lasting vacation memories. From sunrise to sunset — both of which put on daily showings that you can view from multiple decks — this home inspires you to appreciate the ties that bind.
The call of the waves lets you know the ocean beach is just steps away. But the home’s private pool is even closer, a relaxing setting with loungers, tiki bar with two built-in coolers, and an outdoor table. There’s both a gas and charcoal grill nearby to appease a hungry crowd, a basketball goal to satisfy the restless and two outdoor showers for a convenient rinse-off. Inside, on the ground level, is a laundry room and a bunk room with two sets of bunks for the kids.
A flight of steps up reveals a master king bedroom with full bath. Climb the stairs to the second level and discover three more bedrooms: a master king suite, and a king with a balcony that shares a hallway bath with a queen. A deck on this level beckons with two hammock swings to while away a lazy afternoon and features a covered seven-person hot tub. The final bedroom, a master king featuring a large walk-in double shower and private deck is located on the next level.
On the top level is a spacious gathering place accented by vaulted ceilings and windows that fill the room with morning sun. The very roomy, well-equipped kitchen easily accommodates multiple cooks to whip up beach-favorite meals. Stir up some pancake batter in the stand mixer, throw it on the griddle, brew up your morning coffee and enjoy it at the eat-at counter, around the ten-seat dining table, at the picnic table on the deck or the café table on the screened in porch.
