Island House Beach Resort - Siesta Key - Crescent Beach. Ce complexe très bien entretenu est situé sur la partie la plus large de l'une des meilleures plages de Floride. Ce est une plage privée. Le condo offre une vue magnifique de palmiers, sable blanc et l'eau turquoise du golfe du Mexique à partir de chacune de ses chambres ainsi que la salle de séjour, salle à manger, véranda. Récemment rénové tout au long, sa cuisine propose des comptoirs en granit, armoires, appareils complets, et tous les ustensiles de cuisine et ustensiles que vous pourriez désirer. Situé à quelques pas de la plage, cette unité 2ème très confortable de plancher est de 1300 pieds carrés avec deux chambres à coucher, roi et 2 lits jumeaux (avec jeu de conversion de roi), deux salles de bains, 3 téléviseurs, 2 lecteurs DVD / magnétoscope et un système de musique stéréo Blue dent. laveuse et sécheuse gratuit sont dans une chambre près de la cuisine.

My mom and I sayed for 7 wonderful days in this incredible unit-everything you could need The location was amazing with the beach just steps away! The condo was well equipped and beautiful. The staff as great and very helpful. Shopping and dining on the island was wonderful-never a dull moment. Thank you for sharing your beach getaway with us-we will be back!!!

Kid friendly resort, but still very comfortable for us retirees. Couldn't ask for a better resort experience in Siesta Key. There was plenty of beach space for everyone - not all packed in like some of the neighboring properties. We will definitely book at IH next time we're headed to Siesta Key!

Wonderful location. View of beach.

Pictures don’t do the location justice. Condo wad much nicer than expected. Direct view of beach from screened patio. Lots of space. Very clean. 2nd floor. Washer and dryer on same floor right outside condo. Property has communal Weber gas grills, shuffle board and pool (didn’t use). They also have free lounge chairs brought out to beach every day. Beach is wide with super soft white sand. Response from property manager via app was pretty slow sometimes but that’s minor. Definitely recommend property. Being that close to beach is so convenient.

Wonderful Stay

This condo was one of the cleanest we’ve stayed in. The check in was easy and the condo was even ready for our early arrival. The kitchen had everything needed including Tupperware to put our leftovers in. The property manager was quick to respond to an inquiry we had after arrival. The view from the condo was amazing and was in walking distance of several restaurants. This was our first visit to Island House in Siesta Key but will definitely not be our last!

For example if you were told upfront there were beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, etc there for your use. Garbage bags are only available at the office? How to do check out? While our unit had an awesome view, upgraded and clean bathrooms, the living and dining areas could use a good deep cleaning.
