Island House Beach Resort - Siesta Key en Floride - Bâtiment sud-ouest, 3ème étage, 2 chambres à coucher, 2 salles de bain, King, 2 lits jumeaux. Cette unité est de 1300 sq. Ft. Et a une cuisine, coin repas, salon, deux porches, buanderie entièrement équipée. Profitez de couchers de soleil spectaculaires de cette unité. Une connexion Wi - Fi dans l'unité. Ce complexe très bien entretenu est situé sur la partie la plus large de l'une des meilleures plages de Floride. Le condo offre une vue sur les palmiers, sable blanc et les eaux turquoises du Golfe du Mexique. La vue est pittoresque et les couchers de soleil magnifiques. Le complexe dispose de deux cabines de plage, chaises de plage, grande piscine chauffée et une salle de loisirs avec piscine, ping-pong, air hockey. Island House est proche de nombreux magasins, restaurants, golf, tennis, sports nautiques, des galeries. Busch Gardens est à 1 heure et Disney / Epcot est 21/2 heures. Staff allowed us to check in early and leave late.

Very nice property and loved our time there. The frog hop shuttle service was exceptional and we were extremely happy with our accommodations

Best beach in the world

The only thing that could make our unit, 6 South better, would be if we owned it! Great condo, 20 feet to the best beach in the world. Love Siesta Key Village and the great restaurants. This was our 3rd getaway here and 2nd at the Island House Beach Resort, we've already booked a return for May 2018.

Beautiful stay

Condo was very nicely updated. View fantastic. Elevators fast if you want to take them. Great location. Comfortable beds. We would definitely stay here again. Very nice.

Impeccable view

Stunning waterfront location on pristine private white sand beach. Easy check in and all necessary information included in the app. Older building but well maintained and several renovations made to this unit. Comfortable beds with plenty of pillows and blankets. Great stay !

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 4th trip to Siesta Keys. Loved our resort and room. Beautiful view of the ocean from your balcony. Quiet area. Condo was clean and big. Beds were very comfortable. Free trolley ride around town just outside your door. Pool was huge and warm. Sunsets were amazing. Location was absolutely perfect. Property was maintained nicely. Management was friendly. Only negative comment is I wish our condo provided beach towels. Siesta Keys is my favorite! We will be back to Island House next year!

Reviewer Comments: As always, we enjoyed our return to the Island House Beach Resort after a 2 year absence!We were a bit disappointed with the cleanliness of our unit when we arrived. We found long black hair in the side bedroom shower and side bedroom, and sand in the side bedroom shower as well. Other items: Unit 6S is not well equipped with cooking and serving equipment in the kitchen; we would also recommend that the resort purchase more straight chairs for use on the beach - there were only about 13 available and you had to get up at 6:00 am or earlier to have a chance to get one.

Beautiful

The pictures do not do justice for the condo. The condo is beautiful and has a beautiful view. The décor inside is cute and looks nothing like the photos. There is also two rooms instead of one. The only thing I did not like for this condo was, we could not find the dumpsters for emptying the trash. Also, they only give one roll of toilet paper for each bathroom. It was 4 people in the condo for 5 days and we had to get more from the store on our last day. I don't know why they just don't store extra in the cabinet. The tv's screen was also cracked (but we really didn't watch tv except before bed, so wasn't a big deal). Beside's those 3 things, everything was perfect. I would return.

Thank you for your comments and glad you enjoyed your stay. The dumpsters are located right by the elevator and near the ramp where you walk to your unit. Our office is on site so we are only one call away. We provided plenty of trash bags for your use and we also supply as much toilet paper you need, you just need to stop at the office to pick up. There is also instructions in the unit booklet what to do with trash etc. Thank you

Very clean, well appointed condo with a great location and beautiful ocean view. Amazing beach with white sand like cornstarch. The trolley to the village is so convenient. Download the Breeze app so you can see when it's coming to the stop right across the street. Tip: make a note of the stop number on the sign across the street to get the most accurate times. If you use the option for the current location, you may see the time for going in the opposite direction! We loved this place and plan on coming back again!

Annual Rental - week of July 4TH

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Experience is always great at Island House. We rent annually along with a large group of friends and family for the week of July 4th. All staff was very friendly and helpful and security, although visible and present was not intrusive and allowed guests to have a great time. We travel with a special needs child and the property was accommodating with his beach wheelchair needs etc. I would recommend Island House for its ease of stay, friendly staff and beautiful property. Only complaint is that the furniture could use a good steam cleaning as these had multiple spots on them which had not been there in prior years.

Excellent stay

Hi, 3 adults stayed for 5 days. The apartment was in an excellent location on the beach. Everything was perfect - could not fault. Beds really comfortable, kitchen fully functional, washer & dryer. Very impressed with the cleanliness (bit of a clean freak). Fabulous views, beautiful sunsets !!
