Unité 61 - Condominium de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bains avec vue complète sur le golfe

Ce condo avec deux chambres et deux salles de bains est situé au sixième étage de notre immeuble du Grand Tour. La vue imprenable de la copropriété est idéale pour regarder les couchers de soleil! En raison de son emplacement, il se trouve à quelques pas de notre plage de quartz blanc. Ce condominium joliment décoré est parfait pour des vacances à Siesta Key. La chambre principale a un lit king size et la chambre d'amis dispose de deux lits doubles. Ces deux chambres sont équipées d'une télévision à écran plat 32 "pour votre plus grand plaisir. Le salon est équipé d'une télévision 40 "à écran plat avec service HD. Conformément au code de prévention des incendies du comté de Sarasota, le nombre maximum d'invités autorisé à dormir dans cette unité est de six. La salle de bain principale dispose d'une douche à l'italienne et la salle de bain d'invités est dotée d'un ensemble douche / baignoire. La cuisine ouverte a des comptoirs en granit et des appareils en acier inoxydable et une abondance d'armoires. Il est entièrement équipé avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour la cuisson: casseroles, vaisselle, ustensiles, grille-pain, cafetière et cafetière Keurig. Le condo a carrelage dans la zone commune et moquette dans les chambres. Le patio ouvert confortablement aménagé vous permet de profiter de nos chaudes brises tropicales.

Check in desk was fast and efficient. The condo was exceptional probably worth 1.5 Million. Great Sunsets and convenient restaurants. The Beach is groomed daily with readily available Umbrella's and chairs. Many units in this complex are enclosing the balcony with glass, I was happy to hear that this end unit will remain open to fresh air and ocean sounds.

I have stayed in the tower many times. This room had the least amount of toiletries/ beach utensils/ kitchen maintenance upkeep/ cleaning supplies. Best view of all, great bed comfort
