The property was an excellent choice for us. We could walk to trails and the beach from our door. Interior was very clean and equipped. Privacy on our patio was less than expected by the pictures. House exterior needed a cleaning but after a busy summer I can understand that it may not be a priority. I would definitely recommend for a couple staying in Saugatuck.

The space was modern, clean, bed was comfortable and spacious for a studio. Location was good and the host was quick to answer questions. Parking was onsite and river was across the street.

This was such a beautiful place to stay in Saugatuck! So close to the beach and downtown, and we were able to take the chain ferry across the river to get downtown which was super convenient. The studio was very clean, had a nice big king bed, and the outdoor space was relaxing with a view of the river. Communication with the host was great and the check in process was seamless. I’d recommend this place to anyone and I’m hoping we’ll be back next summer.

The black mold in the shower wasn’t great. Also we didn’t love that we couldn’t control the temperature in the studio. Also once the family checked in upstairs there was a lot of walking around. They were obnoxious at all just a lot of people moving around and we could hear every step. I think we were under the kitchen/living space.

Thank you for your feedback! I’m sorry to hear a few aspects of your stay weren’t ideal. Regarding the shower, I wasn’t made aware of any mold during your stay, and I wish I had known so we could have sent our cleaning team over right away to address it. As for temperature control, we do provide a furnace, space heater, and fan to help make the studio more comfortable. The studio is located beneath the main living area, so some noise from upstairs guests can carry through. We appreciate you sharing your experience and will keep your feedback in mind as we continue working to make our guests’ stays enjoyable!

Property was quiet and clean, it is a shared property with multiple units being rented. Good location close to ferry and short drive to town or other major towns such as Holland. Could do with a small dining table for 2. Air conditioning controlled from a central location so no opportunity to adjust to one’s own liking. Otherwise a great property.

We had an amazing stay! The location was perfect! We had a fire 2 nights and enjoyed the sun in the front yard during the day. We loved all the recommendations for food and shopping. The space was just what we needed - quiet, clean, comfortable, and welcoming. We will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful trip!

We had a wonderful time staying at this quaint property! Amazing location, and very clean and comfortable. Short walk to the iconic chain ferry, and close walk to Mount Baldy. So much fun and would recommend this place to anyone that wants to stay close to downtown and close to the beach.

Great location!

We had a fantastic stay Hook Wine & Sinker! The location was perfect! Close to Oval Beach and Mt Baldhead Park! Easy drive over to Butler street and all the local entertainment. Make sure you eat and drink at The Barge!!

We were unable to stay in this space due to an issue that occurred prior to our arrival. Denise was quick to offer the unit to the left of this unit. The space was clean and neat. We were very comfortable and really enjoyed our stay. It is close to Douglas Beach and Oval Beach. Great restaurants and shopping nearby

Long weekend rental

Very nice and clean studio apartment. Location was great, close to downtown shops and restaurants and close to the beach. Overall we had a great stay and will definitely keep this rental in mind when we decide to come back!

Wonderful place perfect location

Loved sitting on porch looking out over Lake Kalamazoo loved walking to Oval Beach and hiking trails in nearby Dunes. Very clean and well stocked kitchen. Very quiet. Perfect for the two of us.
