Magnifiquement rénové, maison spacieuse, avec un mobilier moderne et une propriété bien entretenue. La salle de bain a une baignoire et une douche avec sÚche-cheveux et serviettes.
La cuisine est entiÚrement équipée pour cuisiner, nouveau réfrigérateur, micro-ondes, cuisiniÚre, cafetiÚre et grille-pain. Cette unité d'une chambre a son propre accÚs privé, un espace propre dans une trÚs grande maison. Cela a une vue imprenable sur la riviÚre et situé à un peu plus d'un mile de la belle Douglas et à 2 miles de Saugatuck.

Si vous ĂȘtes aventureux, vous ĂȘtes Ă  moins d'un mile du Mount Baldhead Park oĂč vous pouvez vous mettre au dĂ©fi Ă  282 marches pour profiter de la vue magnifique sur le lac Michigan. Great place, great location!!

Enjoyed our stay at this wonderful place overlooking the water and close to everything you'd want to do in this area. Beautiful beach, lots of hiking, galleries, excellent restaurants, wine tasting, all nearby!! Clean and comfortable with everything you need. Also the host is available with any help/advice you might need. Highly recommend!

The property was exactly as shown, no surprises. It was pristine and cozy. We were able to cook a few meals and go out as well. We loved our long weekend and are looking forward to going there again. Everything was easy to get to and there was so much to do.

Perfect weekend getaway

This was our first time visiting Saugatuck, we could not have had a better trip. The house was clean, nicely decorated, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. Denise went above and beyond, we felt lucky to have booked with such a great host. We were able to walk to the beach and to amazing hiking spots. Downtown Saugatuck was just a short trip away. We can't wait to come back!

Birthday Getaway

The space was exactly as I envisioned! Everything I expected. The first night was perfect weather to use the fire pit. Spent mornings with coffee overlooking the water at the outside table and chairs. The living room couch was very comfortable as was the queen size bed!! Loved the breeze flowing in through the patio door screen. We were extremely comfortable. I will definitely stay again if I’m in the area.

Wonderful Stay!

My mom and I chose this accommodation for a special mother-daughter weekend and our expectations were exceeded. The peaceful setting, gorgeous lake views, and cozy apartment equipped with everything we needed made for a wonderful stay. We were perfectly situated near shops, restaurants, the beach and downtown Saugatuck while also feeling like we were tucked away in our own peaceful sanctuary. Denise was wonderful -- she was accommodating, helpful, flexible, and so easy to work with. We will definitely be back. Thank you for helping us feel so comfortable and taken care of.

great location

This is in a great location. Cute space with everything you need.Parking is very tight and is not easily marked. It was very crowded when we were there and there was a car parked in the spot that we thought was assigned to us, after talking to the host, we were told two cars were to park there (which would have left very little room for other cars to enter and exit safely). The laundry room is a shared room between two lower apartments. All units were full the first couple days we were there, after they left we wanted to do some laundry, but, both washer and dryer were full of the bedding and towels from the other spaces. In order to do my laundry we had to fold, and then dry their items first.One family had three small kids who were constantly running around above us, which was very loud.Other than those issues, we enjoyed our stay. The outdoor patio was nice, but it is a shared space with the other apartment on the main floor.

Nice but not walker friendly. Lots to do nearby.

The apartment was nice but the furniture was not very comfortable. There were no sidewalks. Not a place to stay if you want to hang out in the room or walk around the neighborhood but great things to do nearby with a short drive. The first time using vrbo and I don' prefer it but it does work I guess. We had no problems once we understood how it worked. If you want to cook you may want to bring your own groceries. The one little store we found in Douglas was overpriced. Cranes bakery is a short drive and worth it for a great breakfast.

Great getaway!

This was such a fun stay and Denise was a great host! If you’re going to spend time in the Douglas/Saugatuck area and don’t want to drive, check out the Interurban shuttle. They picked us up/dropped us off at the property so we could spend the evening in Saugatuck. The beach, hiking trails, shopping, dining and drinks are so close. This place has great proximity to everything.

Super Cute property

We were in the basement unit which is super cute and mostly clean (dropped my pillow on the floor the first night and came up with hair ball’s and dust bunnies); the unit could really use a dehumidifier. Otherwise it was perfect!

Very comfortable property.

Our time at the facility was spent mostly in the evening and it was very relaxing. Our last evening was a bit marred as a horrific thunder storm passed through with threats of tornados and 75 mile an hour winds and hail The power was knocked out through the rest of stay and we had no flashlights etc. No injuries or damages to us but much damage in the surrounding area. Overall, a great stay.

The location was really clean and had a wonderful view. We had a slight snafu with the t.v. and the host went above and beyond to rectify the issue. We will definitely be back.

This is a very unique property with 3 individual units, very spacious and the view is just gorgeous. This property is so close to beaches, hikes, chain ferry, Saugatuck and Douglas.

Not too far to visit a winery or two in Fennvile.
