Island House Beach Resort, Clé de Siesta, Crescent Beach!Nouvelles améliorations en 2014! Centre de télévision et de divertissement de 60 pouces (netflix reaady), nouvelle unité de climatisation, nouveau lave-vaisselle et ventilateurs de plafond dans les chambres. Décorée professionnellement en octobre 2011. Ce grand 2 chambres, 2 unités de bain est d'environ 1000 pieds carrés. Il a un grand salon, salle à manger, cuisine entièrement équipée, tous les appareils, lanai filtré, parking couvert, chauffage central / clim, wi-fi gratuit, télévision à écran plasma. L'unité a un lit king size, 2 jumeaux, un canapé-lit. Nouveau climatiseur, lave-vaisselle, centre de divertissement avec t�����������������������������������������lévision grand écran. Il est situé près de la piscine et à une courte distance des magnifiques eaux bleues du golfe du Mexique. Toutes les chambres ont été récemment repeintes et le système d’air et les bouches d’air nettoyés. Ce complexe magnifiquement entretenu comprend 2 cabines de plage, des chaises de plage, une grande piscine chauffée, une salle de jeux et une magnifique cour en front de mer où vous pourrez admirer les plus beaux couchers de soleil. Il y a de nombreux magasins, restaurants, golf, pêche, tennis, canotage, parachute ascensionnel et des galeries dans la région. Bush Gardens, Adventure Island et Disney sont rapidement accessibles en voiture. Alors faites vos valises et venez partager notre paradis pour faire de vos vacances un moment inoubliable.

No that was disappointing but it wasn't a far walk. It is a beautiful Villa. I wish we could have had a grill personal grill but I guess that's not allowed.

Amazing villa, with a great location...only challenge was wi-fi didn't work the entire time we were there. Spoke with property management and they were supposed to send someone to fix - but it never worked. Otherwise --- great location, great amenities, beautiful villa!

From checking in to leaving was very easy. This place was large and had everything we needed. It was clean and near several places we enjoyed going. The beach did have a large waterfront with chairs for first come first serve use and tents that were available to rent. Parking was easy and the space was covered.

Nice Villa in a Great Community

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our recent visit in May/June 2024 was the second time we've stayed in V39. They've recently remodeled both bathrooms and updated flooring throughout the bathrooms and bedrooms. It's very nice overall and close to the pool. Being in a tropical environment, certain pests are expected. We saw a cockroach at one point and it appeared that there was termite feces in the cabinets that kept coming back even after cleaning. The front desk couldn't identify it and wouldn't move us to another unit or have an exterminator come in while we were there. Hopefully they were able to fix the infestation after we left.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of three were very pleased with the stay at the Island House Beach Resort V39. The four minute walk to the uncrowded beach for the resort was perfect. The beach was wide and perfect as I remember last being in Siesta Key 24 years ago. Villa was clean. Beds were comfortable. I would make a recommendation for an update, as the couch and recliner are at the end of their useful life - not a lot of support, but didn't stop us from enjoying our stay. We didn't have to ask for any help, but appears the management staff were active and visible during our stay. I liked that our entrance was closed, so you had to drive all the way around the horseshoe to get to our villa. It is one building away from Midnight Pass so their is some road noise if sitting outside, but it didn't bother me, I liked the activity. We ordered bikes from Siesta Key Bike and Kayak. Ate at My Village Pub (a lot of TVs for sports), Broken Egg for breakfast (staple of SK), Island Tap House and Mellow Mushroom (off island). All were great.We would recommend and stay again! Thanks.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I stayed at Island House for a week and we rented 2 condos. V39 was much more roomy and felt more homey. The location next to the pool was also great for our napping niece! Our favorite part was the beach area and being able to walk and watch the sunset every evening. We hope to return soon!
