Island House Beach Resort, Siesta Key Floride - Crescent Beach - Ce grand villa de 2 chambres à coucher et 2 salles de bain ne comprend pas de moquette et se situe à env. 1000 pi2 Il a un grand salon, salle à manger, cuisine entièrement équipée, tous les appareils, lanai filtré, parking couvert, ac / chauffage central, wi-fi gratuit dans l'unité! L'unité a un lit king size, 2 jumeaux, un canapé-lit. L'unité est à quelques pas des eaux cristallines du golfe du Mexique. Ce complexe magnifiquement entretenu comprend 2 cabines de plage, des chaises de plage, une grande piscine chauffée, une salle de jeux et une magnifique cour en front de mer où vous pourrez admirer les plus beaux couchers de soleil.

Hit the spot!

Looked for a place that my 80 year old mom could manage and still enjoy the beach and the location! The villa was great! Shower in master was a small step in easy for her to manage. Lots of dresser and closet space for our stuff! Loved the seclusion we felt like we had. The complex had so little car traffic. Just those staying there. Location on Siesta Key was perfect! Close to Walgreens and aldis as well as Turtles Restaurant right down the road. Overall perfect!!

Siesta is paradise but....

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of this property is awesome! Steps from the beach and the property’s pool. We had issues with bugs in our unit and the bedding was cheap, thin and extremely uncomfortable. Many dishes and kitchen items were dirty in the cabinets. Overall, the space was amazing and the screened porch was great! This unit needs a drastic renovation to take it out of the 80s. Again, the space was amazing and location couldn’t be beat!

Villa 27

Island House rentals are a beautiful place to stay on siesta key. However some villas are better than others as far as updates. This one in particular is just okay. But remember you'll be on the beautiful beach most of the time...so the villa is not the entire focus.

Beautiful place, close to the beach.

Property was great, comfortable, private, clean space and cozy. The only thing is the kitchen chairs need to be updated or cleaned Really enjoyed our vacation will rent again.

Reviewer Comments: We had 2 adults & 1 child for most of our 10 day stay, then my had 2 adults & 1 child added for the weekend.The accommodations were good with 2 bathrooms and a large family area..I expected a cleaning and changing of sheets & towels by the 3rd day which never happened. I also requested the bathtub door to be fixed before it would come off and injure one of my guest, which never happened either.

We really enjoyed our 4 night stay. We liked the location of this resort and the beach was fabulous.

The unit was clean and well equipped. The resort staff was friendly and helpful. The kitchen was fairly large and well equipped but the fridge and dishwasher were dated. We have rented other condos at Siesta Key and we appreciated the convenience of the location getting on and off the island even during peak traffic times. This condo has larger rooms than most and a good layout for our family of 6. Not having a washer and dryer in the unit was a negative. The decor was a bit dated but the beds and sofas were comfortable. This unit did not supply beach towels.
