Island House Beach Resort-Siesta Key Floride, Croissant Beach- Ce grand 2 chambres, 2 salle de bain villa est appox. 1000 sq. Ft. Il dispose d'un grand salon, salle Ă  manger, cuisine entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e, tous les appareils, 60 "TV haute dĂ©finition dans le salon, 50" TV haute dĂ©finition en master, DVD, wi-fi gratuit dans l'unitĂ©, air climatisĂ© central / chauffage, parking couvert , lanai filtrĂ©. Il a un lit king size, 2 lits jumeaux et un canapĂ©-lit. Nouveaux planchers de bois silencieux. Tous les meubles sont continuellement mis Ă  jour avec tous les nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable en 2018. L'unitĂ© est Ă  quelques pas des belles eaux du golfe du Mexique et de la piscine d'eau douce. Ce complexe trĂšs bien entretenu a cabanes de plage, deux chaises de plage, grande piscine chauffĂ©e, salle de jeux, shufflboard et une plage devant la cour pittoresque oĂč vous ferez l'expĂ©rience des couchers de soleil les plus Ă©tonnantes! Il ya de nombreux magasins, restaurants, golf, pĂȘche, canotage, parachute ascensionnel, des galeries de la rĂ©gion. Busch Gardens / Disney sont une courte distance en voiture. Venez passer vos vacances Ă  l'Ăźle de la Chambre et faire de vos vacances un moment plus mĂ©morable !!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay at this property was very enjoyable. However, the administrative staff left a lot to be desired. Upon checking out We were unsuccessful in obtaining rental rate information for 2025 and thought we had been placed on a hold list for one of two specific properties for 2025 while we awaited the new rental information. After not receiving a call back after a reasonable period of time I contacted their office only to find out that 2 of the people I spoke with were no longer employed there and that no one knew anything about a hold list for the properties we were interested in. Additionally, we were told that because we were beyond the 10 day period from when we had checked out, the hold we thought we had on the property we had stayed in was also gone and as a result we had nothing reserved for 2025 and nothing we were interested in was available.The person that I was now talking with indicated she would review their reservation list and get back to me in a day or so with any other alternatives.Three months has now gone by without a replyVery disappointedWe certainly will be looking elsewhere

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 5 plus inches of rain and our villa leaked in multiple spots, needed pots to collect water and move beds to prevent getting wet. Property mgt inferred some sort of compensation/discount when spoken to, then get email detailing agreement stating no refunds due to weather. Also pool out multiple days, pool table was in bad shape. Only plus was location.

Beautiful, Comfortable Villa on a Beautiful Beach

This villa was so beautiful and comfortable and nicely decorated. We loved that it was close to the pool and easy access to the laundry room. The beach, which is one of the prettiest I’ve seen, is a short walk away! All the comforts of home in a great area. We can’t wait for our next visit to Siesta Key Beach!!
