Get ready to relax in this 3-bedroom house in Sarasota. This marvelous property features 3 queen beds and 1 bunk bed, perfect for families or groups of friends. With 2 full bathrooms, guests can freshen up after a day of exploring to get ready for dinner in downtown SRQ or head to Siesta for a picnic and sunset - both only a 10 minute drive away. For those that prefer to eat in, the kitchen is fully equipped and the dining table seats the entire group comfortably! The enchanting atmosphere of this home will make you feel right at home. Gather together in the living room to cuddle up with blankets and watch a movie or head to the game room!! Don't forget to splash in the pool (with the option to be HEATED) and relax in the loungers while enjoying the Florida sun! The home is the perfect place to call home while you're away from yours.

The primary bedroom features a queen bed, as well as a twin bunk bed. This also includes a full en suite bathroom with a walk in shower. The other two bedrooms each include a queen bed, and share a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo. In both bathrooms you will find shampoo, conditioner, and body wash included so you don't have to worry about packing or picking those up from the store.

The living room couch and the dining room table both comfortably fit up to 8 guests, so gather around and make some incredible memories with family and friends during your stay in Sarasota!

As you walk out of the french doors to the back patio you will find the sparkling and caged pool with two sun loungers to both swim and relax.

Stepping out of the pool cage to the shelled and fenced in areas, there are Adirondack chairs to hang out and relax in while you are grilling using the charcoal grill (charcoal provided by guests).

The garage has been transformed into a game room! Challenge your friends to a game of ping-pong or aim for a new high score on the arcade-style pop-a-shot basketball game. Relax with a drink at the wall-mounted wooden bar counter, complete with comfortable seating and a smart TV for entertainment. A flexible central table with mid-century style chairs is perfect for a game of cards. And with the "Game Room" chalkboard, you can always keep track of who's winning ;) A variety of beach gear is included as well—chairs, boogie boards, a cooler, and a wagon—to make your beach trip seamless!

****The pool has the option to be HEATED for $20/day (excluding check-in and check-out days). If this option is chosen, the pool will be heated by app controlled by the homeowner. The temp will be at or near 82° F but the temp outside will affect the ability to get there... we will do our best!
