You will have full access to all the spaces mentioned in this listing. Additionally, they can also enjoy the backyard which offers a serene river view.

▶ Shared Parking: Please be aware that parking is shared with other guests staying in our duplex house. There is a driveway available for parking your vehicle. We kindly ask all guests to be considerate and ensure proper parking etiquette to accommodate everyone's vehicles.

▶ Pet Fee: We are happy to accommodate small pets in our property. A non-refundable pet fee of $125 is already included in the rate for guests who have chosen to bring their furry friends along for their stay.

▶ Unregistered guests are not permitted. If you have unregistered guests in the unit, you will be asked to leave without a refund for the remaining time of your reservation.

▶ No parties. Significant noise or playing loud music after 9:00 pm will result in you being asked to leave without a refund for the remaining time of your reservation.

▶ No smoking of any substance is permitted in the unit. Evidence of any type of smoking will result in a $250 fee and you will be asked to leave without a refund for the remaining time of your reservation.

▶ Check-in is at/after 4 pm and check-out time is no later than 11 am. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability. Late check-out without prior approval will result in a fee of $100 per hour for each hour after 11 am. 

▶ Please remember to secure your valuables and lock the unit and your car behind you. Use of the parking spot is at your own risk.
