We had a wonderful stay at this beach house! The home was spacious, comfortable, and a great fit for our group. We especially enjoyed the location and being so close to the beach. The house had plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy our time together.The host was very responsive, kind, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. We also appreciated her willingness to listen to our feedback and make things right when we brought a few concerns to her attention.Overall, we had a very nice stay and enjoyed our time at the beach house. We would be happy to stay here again and would recommend it to others looking for a comfortable place for a group getaway!

The property is very convenient and great for very large groups. The furniture is very old on the balcony.The wood is very rotten. Also, all the blinds we're broken.Next to the breakfast area. We really enjoyed our stay. It would have been a little more pleasant if a little more attention is given to this property. The host was great.Besides that it 's a great place. Like all places, sometimes they just need a little updating.

This was an amazing property. Definitely would stay here again. House was clean and stocked with everything we needed. Perfect for families. Location was great. Steps to the beach and Main Street. Great views as well! Host was amazing and responded right away. We had a great family vac here!

First, the host was really great. Communicated very quickly. Unfortunately, the house was basically like a Frat house. Not cared for at all. The smell was not great. The whole house is just dirty. The host offered to send someone out but this house needs a lot more than a once-over with a broom. Based on the price, I wasn't expected anything luxurious and the location is great. But you don't expect the house to be a filthy mess.

Great stay here at this house! Was perfect location to walk to our event at Huntington Beach. Definitely a huge plus for location. The house fit our crew of adults very well. The smaller bedrooms had some pretty stiff beds though. And all the rooms could use new pillows as they were all very flat. But the location and size of the house made up for uncomfortable beds! Thank you for a great stay!

Great location a block off the beach

It was so nice to be one block off the beach. This home was convenient with 4 bedrooms to fit our group in town for a conference. Great to have a garage to park in. And the host was on it with communication.

Best location to downtown Huntington

Our stay was quite comfortable for a large family. Having 3 and a half baths made privacy and space to get ready for the day easy. Not having to drive to enjoy all that downtown HB and the pier has to offer was great. Even in the winter, the outdoor activities were inviting. I enjoyed the use of the bikes for the beach trails across the street.
