You cannot beat the views of this updated, close to downtown home situated on 135' of private beach for you to enjoy with your friends and family. Wake up early and enjoy your morning coffee while watching the magnificent sunrise from inside or on one of the home's two decks.
The home contains two King Master Bedrooms (one upstairs and one on the main floor), one large room with a Queen and two Twin XL bunk beds and another small bedroom upstairs with Twin bunk beds that's perfect for kids.

The renovated kitchen offers quartz countertops and all of the essentials including a Blackstone grill to easily cook at home. Not in the mood to cook? Lexington is only a 20 minute walk, 10 minute bike ride or a 3 minute drive down the road and contains many restaurant options with delicious food and live entertainment. Two bicycles are available for your convenience.

The large yard is perfect for outdoor games and activities! Our home comes with corn hole, spike ball, jenga and frisbee. The shed on the beach includes chairs, kayaks, and many floats to choose from to enjoy private beach time together on beautiful Lake Huron. We also offer many books, board games, and subscriptions to both Netflix and Disney Plus for a quiet night in.

A few days prior you will receive all the information needed for a smooth check in. The door is an electronic lock so it is seamless to check yourself in! After that you will be able to enjoy your stay here!

HOUSE RULES:

- No more than 4 cars on site
- Do NOT park on road or in neighbors' way!
- All furniture must be put back where it is found!
- No Shoes on while inside the home
- Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM
- Please respect our neighbors by not having loud music or by yelling and using profanity (many are permanent residents!)
- Garbage must be bagged up, put into trash bins at the end of the drive way at departure.
- You must be 25 or older to rent this cottage
- Please note: RVs, tents, and campers are not permitted at our homes. Failure to comply will result in applicable fees.
