Steps to Beach- Ocean views - Dog Friendly

Our La Casita house is situated on a large, rare double lot. There are views of the beach and ocean from inside the house.

We are about 250 feet to the beach with a direct access path in front of the house.

Sleeps 8 with 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. There are many windows with strong light coming in all over the house.

The entire living space is on one floor with no steps. And, it is safe for kids.

La Casita is a 6 block walk to the restaurants and shops of downtown Carmel.

The property (inside and outside) has been updated throughout but still has that authentic Carmel charm. It has a very large yard and ample parking. Two cars can park in the driveway and there is plenty of free, unrestricted street parking all the time.

There is a beach access path directly across the street.

If you have someone in your party that has trouble going up steps, there is a back entrance to the property that has no steps...just a flat walk into the house. There is one curb on the street which you can avoid if you pull your car up to the curb.

It's a quick drive north to Pebble Beach for golf, tennis, spa and events like the AT&T Golf tournament and Concours d'Elegance. To the south are the cliffs of Big Sur, Point Lobos, and redwood forests to hike and explore. East is sunny Carmel Valley with its wineries, shops, golf and state parks.

There is an outdoor Ring security camera above the garage facing the driveway. There are some smart home devices like leak & glass detectors, remote door keypad, connected washer/dryer, and Nest thermostat and smoke detector products, and a smart landscape sprinkler controller.
