Un siège au premier rang pour le meilleur lever de soleil sur la côte de Géorgie! Ce condo est parfait pour une escapade à la plage. Il vous suffit de garer votre voiture, de déballer vos bagages et d'aller à la plage! Pas besoin d'alimenter les compteurs! Situé au milieu de l'île, Tybee Lights offre un excellent accès à la plage loin de la foule de l'extrémité sud.

Le 1er étage offre une cuisine, un salon / salle à manger et une demi-salle de bain. Les chambres sont à l'étage. La chambre principale offre un lit king size. La 2ème chambre offre un lit queen size. Il y a une salle de bain Jack-n-Jill entre les deux chambres qui a un combo baignoire / douche. Le balcon est accessible depuis le salon et offre une vue imprenable sur l'Atlantique. Et le lever du soleil vous coupera le souffle.

Il n'y a aucune barrière entre votre balcon et le balcon de vos voisins. Ainsi, vous pouvez facilement avoir une conversation amicale avec vos voisins, si vous le souhaitez.

Le condo peut accueillir 4 personnes et est entièrement meublé pour votre plaisir!

Il y a une place de parking attribuée et les 11 places de parking réservées aux clients sont disponibles selon le principe du premier arrivé.

Depuis le stationnement, vous monterez 2 volées d'escaliers jusqu'à l'entrée de ce condo. Il n'y a pas d'ascenseurs dans ce complexe. Une fois à l'intérieur du condo, les chambres sont à l'étage. Donc, si les escaliers vous posent problème, ce n'est pas le bon condo pour vous.

Amazing view!

Our stay at the condo was truly wonderful!The ocean view is absolutely breathtaking — probably the best we’ve ever had. Waking up to the sight and sound of the waves every morning was such a treat.The condo itself is located on the second floor and features two levels, which gave it a spacious and homey feel. Just a small note: the stairs inside are a bit steep, so something to keep in mind if you have little ones or mobility concerns. That said, everything was beautifully arranged, clean, and thoughtfully decorated, making it easy to relax and feel right at home.We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with a stunning view!

Not as anticipated

We said we needed due to unforeseen circumstances because we didn’t know what else to do. However the truth was is that we were leaving because the property was not at all that we anticipated. It was much farther from the ocean. There was not enough chairs on the patio. The bathroom was dirty. The couch was dirty. The stairs were horrendous. The view of the property across the street was awful. We ended up leaving. Booked a hotel in Savannah.

Property and stay we're great. There were a couple of minor issues caused by hurricane Helene just a few days before which had no impact on our stay. We would definitely stay again 😁.

Lovely Beach Front Condo

This condo has everything to make you feel very comfortable in a home away from home. Comfortable furniture and bedding. Beautiful beachfront view from your deck and easy beach access. Easy check in and out and prompt, good communication from owner. Will definitely stay here again.

Views were spectacular!

Very clean and views were amazing! Only issue was the stairs going up to condo, there were a few treads that need repair or replaced. And a handrail would be nice. Had a great time on our mother/daughter trip!!

Kids and I loved it here! If we could have stay forever we would have. Your legs will get a work out but to us wroth it . Seating on balcony At night with the wind. Seeing dolphins from balcony! Almost every morning and night with we there. I pray we get to stay here every time we visit.

This is our 4th time renting this cute little condo, perfect for a small family, with 2 bedrooms, and 1.5 bathrooms. The views can’t be beat, and the private access to the beach is completely worth it. Our neighbors are always so nice, and we chat on the balcony while looking at the ocean. Every year, something is new and upgraded when we return, and it makes our stay even better. Can’t wait to come back!

The view was marvelous. The first of our visit, we could use the balcony. Some vacationers moved in halfway through that were heavy smokers and we could not use the balcony any more. Everything worked well. The bed was comfortable. Would recommend and rent again.

The kitchen was recently updated and was an improvent. You can't beat the view, dolphins graced us with frequent appearances while we relaxed on the deck.

Nice ocean view, but absolutely NO privacy on deck

My wife and I stayed in unit 106C. The view was nice. However, other guests from adjoining townhome decks can, at times, be literally 24 inches away (Tybee Lights Condominiums). The unit we rented was clean and spacious. The decor, carpet, interior paint and kitchen cabinets appear to be from 1983. Good location for long walks on the beach and to swim in the ocean, easy walk to a few restaurants.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our priority for this trip was location, and this place does not disappoint. Not only is it on the beach, it's a short walk to a few restaurants, dessert places, even souvenir shopping (if you've got some pep in your step). Not fancy, but if you're plan is to spend most of you time outside and elsewhere, this place would be hard to beat. It is NOT in the bar-hoping area, which means evenings are pretty quiet too. Swimmers, beachcombers, beach-sports, and fishing folks all have plenty of room to share on this end of the island. (Keep an eye on the tides schedule if you plan to fish from the surf).

The management staff maintained contact before, during, and after our staff in a non-intrusive but attentive manner. The kitchen had been updated since our last stay, as had the bathroom cabinets. A new shower head and taller toilet would be appreciated as both are very dated upstairs. The kitchen and laundry area are sufficiently equipt for use. Beds are comfortable and bedroom areas are quite spacious. We had more than enough room to store clothing and really feel "home"

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, our stay at Tybee Lights was wonderful! There were a few improvements that could be made- extra hooks for towels, some simple touch-up painting, maybe a mattress topper for the king bed (it's pretty hard!). But all of those things are minor, and were totally overshadowed by the AMAZING view from the deck!The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, and we were able to walk to several different restaurants. We were surprised to find that there was no "back door" and that there was an apartment below us. Not a big deal, but perhaps the description of the property could be a little more specific.Overall, we loved our stay and look forward to returning to Tybee Island soon!
